Within a short period of time of less than 30 minute, the technician fixed my microwave and diagnose the cook top issues. Super competent and experienced
The Plumber was Great
The response from the contacted plumber was quick and the issue, garbage disposal not working, was resolved on the first visit. For some strange reason HWA scheduled a second visit the next day and then a third visit the third day and told me it was my responsibility to cancel the 2nd and 3rd visits, which seemed very strange. I give a 5 star rating to the plumber, but only 4 to HWA.
