Towel warmer
Good looking warmer, haven’t used yet
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. They helped me make the right choice with information that was super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another Mirror from them. And the product looks fabulous, a good value.
I loved the quick response
I loved the quick response. They had great follow-up. They answered all my questions. The products got here on time or a day before. Wonderful experience.
Perfect shipment
We received the mirror in perfect condition. It was packed very well. We haven’t installed it yet because it is for a new house we are building but so far so good.
Low light level
The light level of the mirror backlighting is too low, especially based on the price, which is much higher than competitors. It also leaves light gaps at the corners.
Mirror was cracked at the seams and…
Mirror was cracked at the seams and when I reached out to customer support, no help was given, just a discount on a future purchase.
Great products with great customer…
Great products with great customer service! Will definitely purchase from this company again.
Dissapointing customer service on returns
I love the mirrors but the return policy is awful. I accidently ordered the wrong mirror still in BOXES and IB Mirror would charge me an arm and a leg to return it so I won't be using them again.

Mirror damaged in shipping
One mirror arrived with a chip in the mirror. Not sure why or what the cause is. I had the mirror for about 2 weeks before we opened it so we could install it on the job. I'm sending a response today.

Nice mirrors, easy installation
The woman helping me was outstanding!
Second time to purchase from IB Mirror
The mirrors were packed incredibly well. My installers had no problem with installation and they dim properly. I love them. This is my second purchase and this time I put them in every bathroom in my new build!
No matter how hard you try, you cannot find a better mirror
I am an interior designer and have specified IB Mirrors many times for clients, they love them ! Recently I updated my own bathroom and used two Chic Oval Black frame mirrors 28 x 48. Every time I look at them I feel so happy that I had the opportunity to place them in my own home. This is definitely a 5 star +++ Product !
Beautiful mirrors.
