Our online printing services consists of product such as digital business card and offset business card. Digital Printing will consists of product such as short run flyers, booklets, letterhead, postcards, event ticket and sticker. Litho Offset Printing contain product like bulk brochure, long brochure, bulk flyers, bulk booklet, bulk posters, receipt book, envelopes, money packet and notepad. Very good customer service but no Quality Check
Very good customer service. However no quality check was done. Banner print was blur. A similar resolution file was sent to another print shop and they asked for correction on the problematic areas. Very unhappy with the results

Very satisfying experience
Very satisfying experience, as I ordered online on 30th August, but 31st August until 1st September is a long holiday, and I called them on 2nd September around 2pm that I need the flyers in the late afternoon, the admin meera was very responsive and help me to get my 500pcs flyers get printed out within 2hours time. As I need to travel to JB for roadshow.

Unfinished job. Abandoned and requested to seek alternative eventhough already printed sample copy
First project went well, good quality, fair price, and I was satisfied. For my second project, I returned because I trusted their work. Sample cost RM65 (to be later deducted from bulk order later which is fair). Printing was fast. Sample had expected issues (cutting too close, complex graphics), which I accepted as my own design fault. But the cover had new lines/artifacts and a missing design element that wasn’t in my file. When I asked, they admitted it was due to “we thought like this,” but gave no answer for the other defects. I fixed and resent the files according to their specs. After a weekend, I asked for an update, they told me to “seek alternatives” because “production not confident.” Strange, since they had already printed once successfully. After that, no communication. Calls only got me “manager will call back” or “PIC will contact you,” but no follow-up. It’s been a week. Overall: responses were slow (one working day per WhatsApp reply), dodging questions, abandoned the job halfway, and left me stuck.
