On the day the order was due to be delivered, they informed me that it was running late and hadn't actually entered production, but that I would have it in two weeks. That's the last time I heard from anyone in customer service. After being patient for 2 weeks past the delayed date, I'd had enough and decided to cancel my order. I sent customer service an email and a "cancellation request" through the website. It's been another 2 weeks and still haven't heard from anyone. I've pestered their chatbot, emailed support, I even tried to leave a comment on their instagram but they have comments turned off. At this point I'm just assuming that they're going to keep my money and never speak to me again. Absolutely abysmal experience. Went to JankMats to actually get my ordered made. Had it in a week, looks way better than what I would have gotten from Inked Gaming anyways. Go there instead if you actually want a product.
Absolute joke of a company. I ordered 2 custom mats. After a week of waiting, I was sent an email saying they would have my order out in 2 week. 2 weeks later, and no update. I emailed them back asking for an update, and I received silence. Take your business elsewhere.
I ordered over 100 days ago, every email I sent in got a response along the lines of "Sorry, that is on us and we are going to put a rush on that order" for more time to go by an no updates, finally I sent one final email demanding they tell me when my order would be made, shipped and at my door and if they didn't then to cancel my order and refund me, radio silence and no response but they did finally ship something, I wont have the item for a few more days so we will see if the quality is even good or if they even sent me a play mat at all. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I have had no update on my order after over a month. I got one email a month ago saying my stuff should ship within 1 to 2 weeks so I didn't think anything of it, but then I tried multiple times to contact them for updates about it to no avail I have not got a single response on the website using the chat or emailing support.
I ordered a custom playmat and they sent me entirely the wrong order. I contacted customer service immediately and told them of the problem. They asked me to send a picture of the incorrect order and I did so immediately, the same day they asked for it, sent to both the email string with customer service, and also in their website's chat feature. I was completely ignored for over a week. After over a week of waiting for a reply, I reached out again, asking for an update, and still nothing. Yet more days later I wrote back stating that I just want a refund now, since it was clear they had no interest in fixing their error. I received a reply back that same day, confirming they were processing a refund. Weird how that works. This company is a joke and they don't care about their customers. Don't give them a single cent of your money.
Don't trust Inked Gaming, Bankruptcy, No Communication, No Refunds. As of Feb 2025, they have declared chapter 11 bankruptcy. This is for the people who ordered after Feb 2025 and beyond. It is pretty shady to not say on social media you are choosing bankruptcy, like what dude? I say chargeback as soon as you can because most likely you won't be getting orders for another year or so depending on their slowness. No Communication from the staff as they have all been laid off. Major Buyer Beware Avoid. Since Trustpilot doesn't allow links and their AI is strict even allowing sources to add credibility to my review, they removed my first version of the review. Do your research since I clearly can't provide it due to Trustpilot.
This worst company I have ever delt with. I placed an order in December, 12th 2025 as a Christmas gift that should have arrived in 2-3 weeks. I didn't hear anything from the company for months and honestly forgot about the order. When I finally followed up in March 18th, 2026, the companies owner, Thomas, replied with "Your has been waiting way too long, and I'm sorry for that. I want to give you two options so you can decide what works best for you: I can flag your order for priority fulfillment and get it out to you as soon as possible. I can issue you a full refund if you'd rather not wait any longer. Just let me know which you'd prefer and I'll take care of it right away. Thomas Pool Inked Gaming". I asked to ship it, he then did nothing. I continued to follow up every 2 week up until now- May 26th, 2026. I has been 165 days of trying to get a $30 playmat from this terrible, incapable company. At first I appreciated Thomas reaching out, but then he would take weeks to get back to me- if he ever did. Every time I would follow up with him, he would send me the exact same email back saying I could choose a refund or to ship it, and I continued to pick ship the item with no avail. The last email I sent him was May 4th, I have yet to get a reply still. Terrible costumer service, terrible communication, this should not be a company. Save your money, order from anyone else.

I was hesitant to make a purchase from Inked Gaming because I found a post on reddit that was very negative. I decided to take the risk and buy a custom play mat anyways and was was NOT disappointed! They had a bit of a backlog so the process took about two weeks but that was perfect for me because as I waited I hit on an idea for even better game mat art. I asked them to hold off on making my mat while I took a week or two to edit some nice artwork and they held off the process until I had the art just the way I wanted it and submitted the picture through Email. When the game mat arrived it turned out they'd used the original artwork I sent rather than the one in the email. I emailed them back and they answered within about 2 hours saying they'd make up the game mat with the second art I submitted and I could keep the mat I already got. The quality of the mat is excellent with crisp, clear printing. The customer service was excellent and communicative and happy to work with me to get the game mat just the way I wanted. The time for making and shipping the order was maybe two weeks with the backlog which wasn't bad at all. I would highly recommend Inked Gaming!
Ordered a playmat in April and it told me it would arrive by May 8th, and I needed it for a event that's on June 6th. May 1st, they let me know they were experiencing some delays and it'll take another 2 weeks. I said it was fine as i didn't need it till June 6th I did order it early anyway just in case. May 20th comes around and still nothing, so i reached out and get in contact with them asking for an update and stating i need the playmat by June 6th. Get a response from the same person saying it'll be out in 2 weeks telling me that June 6th is just an unrealistic deadline... and if they wanted to make it possible HAD to send it out by the end of the week which was impossible to do in such little time. Making it sound like they haven't even started making the playmat (over a month after i ordered it) I told them its unprofessional and inappropriate they havent even started and its gonna take them more than 2 months after guaranteeing me arrival by May 8th. They have since ghosted me :D I used to hear nothing but good things about this company but now im seeing nothing but negative reviews almost like they sold out :(

This so called company is completely a Joke with my experience with them. I ordered a product from them. Expecting it to be arrived within two weeks, only for them to email me two days prior to arrival stating they're working through back log. Ok, fine i understand things happen, and sometimes that's business. I spoke with customer service rep via email and they would assure that i would receive my product by May 1st. Well 5/3/26 now, NO product, NO response via customer support anymore even though I've tried reaching out for a refund and to cancel my order. Buyers don't use this company. They'll put you on the back burner and just take your money, with very little to no contact.

this used the be the place i get my mousepads from, within the last year i ordered 2 mousepads and had to wait a total of 9 months to receive them (i didnt get the 2nd one, still waiting for it now its been 4 months) they are most likely scamming these days, its really unfortunate how poorly they run their ''exit'' and milk the rest of their customers, i truly hope the website gets taken down, i've lost my $100, please if u bought within the last 3 months, call your bank and apply for a refund, there's many places to get mousepads from with the same/better quality, i do not recommend anymore!
They are not in business anymore and yet they keep their website up. They don't respond if you have a complaint and they won't get back to you if you have a order that hasn't been sent. There is not a way to get your money back unless you ask your bank for help. It's now a fraudulent website that takes your money and doesn't deliver the goods. Anyone else out there with this issue... fight back and get your money.

I still do not have my playmat, or my money returned. I have emailed customer service 3 times and got a quick reply to the tune of, we got behind and will ship your order ASAP. That was over a month ago.
