I bought a pair of engagement rings and they arrived but the quality is very poor. I ordered the perfect sizes for my husband and myself and they arrived tagged with the size we ordered but in the reality they are bigger, they did not fit meaning NO Quality Control. I contacted the customer service, they want to charge 35% additional to resize them as they are personalized pieces. They do not want to manage them as return to refund either. In addition, they did not inform me that I had to pay for customs fees of over than 53USD(928,31MXN) for entry to Mexico. That so disappointed. Now I am stuck with two pieces that my husband and I can’t use. I was told by their customer service to go to a local jewelry shop to have them measuring the rings, so disgusting experience. I placed an order with Jeulia UK on July 17th for an event. After 9 business days without dispatch, customer service cited "severe delays" and asked for another 5–7 days. Because the item wouldn't arrive in time, I requested an immediate order cancellation and full refund. Since sending that request, they have completely stopped replying to my emails.
