I placed 2 ordered with the company
I placed 2 ordered with the company. After multiple back and forth emails I finally recieved ONE order. I was told there were issues with the delivery address on the other (they were supposed to be delivered to the same place?). I have not recieved any other updates or responses to emails sent, since the 10th of July, regarding the second order. The quality of the other ring is good. However the customer service and delayed delivery as well as the radio silence from their end, has left a bad impression.

We have ordered and paid more that R3700 on 50% discount and what we got was a knock-off blown gold and silver ring that was also so big that we could have bought from Temu for R20. I personally think that Jeulia is scamming people and selling fake juwelry and with all of that they are misleading people with fake advertising. I will not leave it here as other people might further fall trap and can get scammed out of alot more money. I will report this on every single platform and also to the relevant Authorities in every single country. The reviews they receieved that is 4 star and 5 star are fake reviews. I hope Jeulia that you will answer for every single person you scammed with the enormous amounts and the fake juwelry. I personally will make sure that everybody knows your scamming people. I had a certified Juweler check the ring and it was dissapointing to see that the gold and silver comes of so easily. It is really discusting how you exploit people!!!!!!

I love all their products...BUT
I love all their products! The only reason I choose #4, is their return policy. The item I originally ordered did not resemble the online photo. I was going to send it back and exchange it for a different style. I was told I wasn't approved to return the item. I didn't even have it over a week. They offered me a store credit and I could keep the item. I did go with that option..even though I received a credit for approximately $22 less. I did order the necklace I preferred and only had to pay $9 and some change. I did make out keeping the unwanted necklace and purchasing the new one at minimum cost. I just didn't like the way it was handled...maybe it was AI!
