I used "Just Answer" before
I used "Just Answer" before, that situation I wasn told the charge would be $5.00, it ended up to be $65.00. I was trying to get reimbursed and it became a very difficult situation. This time I was chatting on line with Playstation and then transferred to Just Answer, I wasn't real happy about that. Again I was told it would $5.00, then $65.00 dollars was charged to my bank account. When then customer service rep. called me, I told her about my first experience. She explained what that additional charge was and she got the reimbursement for me right away.
