Great products, high quality and very timely delivery

Never received item.

Ordered nearly a month ago and still haven't received the bag.

Fast shipping

The items were shipped promptly and received in a timely manner. My only problem was the purse pictured didn’t accurately portray the bag that I got—the color and size pictured were what I was hoping to get, but the actual product was much larger and darker, duller yellow (🤮) than it appeared. Donating it to charity.

Attractive but flawed objects

While the website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy, in the end, the object I ordered simply doesn't work. It's a weekender with a trolley strap that simply doesn't fit around any luggage handle that I own. Nice-looking object but, for that money, we need functionality as well.

Good bye old friend!

Breaks my heart that they are going out of business. Over the years, I would gift a backpack to someone headed to college, or a briefcase to a college graduate and they have been used daily for over ten years in some cases, and I'm told they still receive compliments. There has never been a failure in a clasp or zipper and the products just develop more character the more it's used.

I love the product

I love the product, the leather and quality that goes into making it. I only took off a star because I was waiting for a specific product that was out of stock in the color I wanted and when I emailed the company I heard crickets. I stalked the website and noticed that it was back in stock and not discontinued, so I pounced and got the bag I was waiting for!

Broken buckle within 2 weeks

I appreciate the products being made in the US. I love the overall quality, but a buckle broke very quickly after having the bag. I didn’t have the bag buckled & it simply fell off in the parking lot. Thankfully I heard it fall & still have the pieces. I love everything else about the company and product. It was just disappointing initially. The shipping went went. Ordering the product online went smoothly. I think it’s just a one off hopefully

I was unable to complete my purchases…

I was unable to complete my purchases for over 3 weeks! The site would not recognize my address even though I had purchased items previously and had them shipped there. Really became mission for me when normally I would have just moved on to another vendor. My messages and calls were not returned in a timely manner. This was my first poor experience with Hulme
