I ordered an item in size medium, but I received a size large at home. I returned the item to the store, where they completed an online order to exchange the item for a medium. Unfortunately, that second order also arrived at my house as size large. They handled the return at the store. Clearly, there is an issue on the warehouse and inventory tracking side, but all representatives I interacted with where friendly and responsive, so it was handled appropriately. But it was a bit tedious from a customer experience perspective and ultimately I did not attempt to purchase the item again, which I was disappointed to not be able to receive.

I had to replace original piece that I had bought for my mother for Christmas after the protective balm I put on it darkened the color. She didn’t ask me to do that, but I was heartsick about it. I called your leather repair lady and she spent some time with me explaining my options. I ultimately ended up buying the same bag for my Mom and taking hers, telling her that I would use it, so she wouldn’t feel bad.
