Best Customer Service, Hands Down

I ordered a knife from these guys and despite it being on back order I couldn’t be more satisfied. This knife is a popular one, and kind of expensive also. However, knife center had the best price and was also insanely responsive upon my checking in on any info they could provide about when the knife might arrive. I will be spending my money at their store from here on out.

Good selection/fair pricing

Again, Knifecenter has the most awesome Customer Service Representatives on the Knife Planet. It started about a decade ago with Kristin as a new, bright, bubbly, can-do customer service rep. that did not have “Cannot” in her vocabulary. I owe the start of my journey with Knifecenter to that extraordinary experience that never wavered for years & years till she was promoted up & up into the KC ranks. Over the years Kristen left her mark and the mgt. of KC has found people of that caliber year after year. The Superstar I have the pleasure of communicating with now 2025 till today is Heather … a person of the highest character & values with all the attributes of Kristen and the KC Customer Service Culture… and brings the personal touch to every opportunity she faces in her dealings with me and all the people who call KC their place for the very best selection in EDC knives - tools & accessories and especially true collector knives. Many places have knives to sell - but what happens after the sale or important information about what’s on the horizon for the latest & greatest??? That’s the Secret Weapon Knifecenter has vs. others who want the sale and not building decades of loyal customers - that want the best infrastructure to deal with ??? Today - I had a question concerning and an inquiry that takes a person in the know and the proactive gift to find out - if not known at the time. I have been continuously impressed with knife center's commitment to customer service. I have only had to call a couple of times, but in each instance, they were kind and very helpful. Their website is very user-friendly and they offer frequent promotions. I am happy to continue to give them my business.

KC has been my go-to for edged tools for years. I've only had one issue (redeeming a gift card) that, due to my error, fell through the cracks. Within a day KC customer service fixed the issue and got us straight. Great selection and quick shipping! I also appreciate that they do not charge until my order is shipped! They have earned my business time and again! TRUSTWORTHY!

Quality products with exceptional service.

I have been buying from the Knife Center for more than a decade and have never regretted it. The customer service here is exceptional and the products they sell are exactly as described. At a time when the world seems to be all about “me me me”, I truly appreciate the dedication to the customer.

I started doing business with knifecenter around mid 2009 I was a man of 19 going on 20 years old there is never been a time that I've done business with this company and felt as though that they didn't care you know they always made me feel as though I was at home with the knife family and he always made me feel as though I wasn't not important they care about their business and most of all they care about the customers as if they were a part of their own family I had one issue it was taken care of that day that minute they just they care you know if they see something wrong they fix it it doesn't matter what it is or who it is they care I mean yeah every company has their issues Nobody's Perfect but this company will always listen to the customer and try to make it that much better they're always open the ideas and thoughts that can make a customer's day even better there will never be a time that you talk to these people and they make you think that you're not important you know if you buy something they have a policy that if it's not right they will give you an option to send it back and give you your money back or if you just want to trade it out for something of equal value or the same product they will just send it to you as long as you send the old knife back I just don't know any other way to say it they make you feel at home these people know what they're talking about and if they don't understand something they look into it I mean it's just a fun wholesome family company I did business with the current owners uncle and it was amazing I never had anything negative to say about the man at all the man had chose to sell the company to his nephew Josh korn and like his uncle he's put his footprint deep and hard into the knife industry of being a supplier and a promoter for other knife companies to sell their products listen to me whoever reads this don't be shy about this company don't be afraid of something new believe me you won't be disappointed and that's the truth give these people a chance and I promise you you won't regret it

Fast shipping, but...

This seller, like many others is part of a systemic problem in the knife industry. They actively ban overly negative reviews of your purchases on their site, (simply won't publish them) and they charge return shipping if you're dissatisfied. Aside from that, your "tool" must be in brand new, unused condition. Pretty difficult to determine whether or not a knife is any good without testing it. Non-returnable at that point. They also protect companies that have no post-sale customer service by ignoring complaints you may have with purchases. They won't even do the bare minimum to act on your behalf to get a pocket clip... When sellers have volatile return policies and run interference for sketchy companies by blocking negative reviews on the products they sell, along with a clear disinterest in providing managerial help to customers, it undermines honesty and integrity. And knife center joins a very well established list of places that put the customer last.

The best knife buy experience

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE KNIFE CENTER FOR AWHILE NOW. I HAVE AROUND 400 KNIVES NOW SOME FROM KNIFE CENTER AND SOME FROM OTHER COMPANIES. MY OPINION THE KNIFE CENTER ALWAYS HAS A WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE. I CAN BUY A KNIFE AND IT WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 HRS USUALLY. SOMETIME LITTLE LONGER BUT ALWAYS WITH IN A PERFECT TIME FRAME. PRICES ARE ALWAYS BEST HERE. DAVID C ANDERSON ALWAYS SHOWS THE PRODUCTS TO THE BEST OF ITS ABILITY TO PERFORM AND SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS. Searches and updates

The ability to search for almost anything is great. Good selection of knives. I preordered a Boker Plus Extension knife. It is a little frustrating to not get updates on expected delivery of the pre-order

KnifeCenter is a Great Store!

I started following KnifeCenter on YouTube over a year ago. Their show is informative and educational, combined with wit and humor. I have ordered a number of blades from them and have never been disappointed. Today I purchased a T6/T8 Torx bit driver set. It's a free shipping weekend, and I needed a few more points to get a $10 Gift card using their rewards program. Mission accomplished!

Knifecenter World Class Customer Service

Knifecenter has been my “Go To” place for almost every knife desire for the very best collectible offerings for over a decade. One huge reason is the Supreme World Class Customer Service …!!!! Heather is the subject of this review. She is the finest example of “Can Do” attitude and the kindest most humble and uplifting voice you want tonhear on the other end of the phone. I have never had an ask that was not fulfilled - a knife she and the KC mgt. could not fulfill. If you want much more than just a knife dealer - the Knifecenter is the place to buy knives and more. Please know Heather & the CS Team are the finest - and a decade of experience with themm has been my pleasure - let it be yours !!!
