Both knives I ordered said “in stock” only after I made my purchase did I get an email saying one of the knives was not in stock and would ship in 7-10 days. It has been 10 days and no update. I ordered these as gifts and due to this delay missed being able to give them on the birthday

We have reviewed your order details, which was placed on 11/10/25. When the order was submitted, one item was in stock while the other was listed as shipping within 7-10 business days. As per the order confirmation email, the entire order is held and shipped together once all items are available. Your complete order shipped on 11/17/25, which was the 5th business day after the order was placed. This means your order shipped before the 7–10 business day timeframe quoted to you. Despite shipping ahead of schedule, we're sorry that shipping time still impacted your plans. The tracking is active, and the package is currently in transit. Knifecenter has become my go to for knives, flashlights, sharpeners. Shipping and processing is always fast, even with using USPS. As an added bonus their YouTube page does a great breakdown of new and upcoming knives. Can basically find a review of the knives for sale on there.

Although I have since called in and your customer service agent was able to add it to my pending order, I would respectfully suggest that you incorporate a reminder including any current offers to pop up on the checkout screen during the checkout process, as a reminder, should someone be interested in your current free offer(s).
