I liked the website design and product assortment. I got exactly what I ordered, and in a short time. Quality products at fair prices. I will be back when my next knife or knife accessory need arises. I would definitely recommend The Knife Merchant to friends and family.
Hello,I am a retired Meat cutter for over 45 years .I tried a knife that i thought to be the same as one of my work knifes ,it was bought on amazon and was not the same quality. Great prices and service and the right product to make your job easier. Mike 3rd generation cutter.

Hello Lachlan, Please let us know if you're satisfied with your replacement knife. We hope it meets your expectations!
Knife Merchant is a top notch company. There was a slight problem with an order I placed for a knife and I called and spoke to David about it. While I had him on the line, I asked if it was too late to change from the petty knife I'd ordered to a Miyabi petty knife. He made it happen and due to the shipping delay on my original order, he gave me a price break on the Miyabi and shipped it via 2 day for free. I plan to return and buy several more Miyabi knives. While my new Miyabi is not the only Japanese knife I own it is the finest knife I've ever used.
I had hoped the blades would have been stainless steel but the rust when done washing them . Have to steel wool them to remove rust. Not a good blade
Tried email no response over 2wk I understand things and time is crazy
Couldn't have been more accommodating. I would recommend to anyone shopping for high quality kitchen items.
Great service! Loved being able to talk to someone who knew the products and made helpful suggestions. I will order again.
I would def use The Knife Merchant again. Great prices and fast shipping.
My hands are small and I just can’t really use large knives. I have always used a paring knife for most everything in preparing food. Never found a really good one until I found yours that was recommended by Cooks Illustrated magazine. I bought 2 because if they recommend it, it will be good. They are marvelous. Thank You Thank You! I’m 80, but I’m still preparing daily mealls only because God has blessed me in so many ways.
Easily ordered and delivered! Great sharp knife with tanto blade. Giving several as company gifts this year!
