Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I am very disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this company. I placed an order for a belt and received an item that was completely different in size from what I requested. I specifically asked for size 210, but the belt I received measures approximately 330 cm, making it unusable for me. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have now sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue respectfully and professionally, but nobody has responded. As a longtime customer — including when I owned my taekwondo gym in South Carolina and regularly purchased equipment and belts from this company — I truly expected much better service and support. Mistakes can happen, and I was willing to work together on a simple exchange or return. However, ignoring customers is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has changed my perception of a company I used to highly recommend. I hope someone finally takes responsibility and reaches out to resolve this situation.

The customer's order for a size 7 belt corresponds to our internal uniform sizing of 7/210. However, the Adidas belt purchased by the customer utilizes a distinct sizing metric, where 330 is equivalent to a size 7. We have communicated this information to the customer on multiple occasions, but they have not accepted this clarification. Size 7 represents the largest size available in our inventory. If the item proves to be too large, it indicates that an incorrect size was selected during the ordering process. In short, the customer ordered a size 7 for embroidery and received a size 7. I purchased a Hakama
I purchased a Hakama. Issue with the stitching and composition. Checked with many professionals and they noted that too. Site stated that there is nothing they would do and not replace, but take it to the dry cleaner to be pressed. Issue being is that the stitching is incorrect and as such dry cleaner couldn’t help. I am then met with it can’t be returned because it was laundered. After being told to try laundering it. Feels like a trap. Response: 2 Months was when it was removed and tried on. This was my experience and my feeling. I also told them I would write this review and waited almost a week before writing it in case they wanted to make it right. Other experts are even saying it's wrong

Hello William, This item was purchased and used for two months before you requested a replacement because the pleats were no longer even. Issues with pleating occur when the specific care instructions for the garment are not followed. Per our return policy, if an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately before the item is used or washed. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item prior to use and laundering. Our policy strictly states that once an item has been washed, it is no longer eligible for a return or an exchange. Therefore, we cannot provide a replacement 2 months after the item was purchased. Order cancelling
I had made an order an paid for it. Just after I paid for it I realized that I had made the wrong size for what I needed. I had Immediately sent an email say that I needed the order cancelled an I would make a new one. Well they didn't want to do that.

To clarify how our fulfillment works: when a cancellation email is sent over the weekend while our offices are closed, it cannot be read immediately. Emails are processed on the next business day in the order they were received. On Monday mornings, we have hundreds of orders to process and thousands of emails to read. Because our shipping volume is so high, many orders are automatically processed and packed before we can physically reach and read your cancellation email. Just sending an email does not automatically stop an order from moving through the system. Once an order hits the fulfillment cycle, it cannot be canceled.
