This company is a SCAM! They give you a Lifetime Warranty and you are told it’s full coverage. What they don’t tell you is the “ lifetime” is only 2 years and it’s “limited”. We called because our filters are sagging so low they are pulling off our gutters in a few places where the leaves are now building up. When I called they said it was $125.00 for them to come plus the charge for them to fix it. What kind ow warranty is that? Not really standing behind their product are they? Their warranty is a “no clog” guarantee. Not a product malfunction one! Total misrepresentation. BEWARE!
I would caution anyone from buying from these scammers.

Had system installed in August of 2024 which was a very dry year (drought conditions) and during the past year experienced heavy rains that created a waterfall effect over my front porch. my house has two different roof pitches both diverting water onto a single roof over my porch. Called LeafFilter to see if something could be done about this thinking lifetime warranty would cover. was told would send someone to inspect for a charge of $125 to which I objected. A inspector came out and installed 4" high metal barrier thinking it would divert the flow of water which it hasn't. This warranty is a joke...just an avenue for profit. Called another time to ask price to replace downspouts which were damaged by lawn service and wouldn't advice price without someone coming out to inspect for cost of $125. The people. I spoke with were arrogent and rude especially the little bimbo in the parts department. Wish I had gotten a competitive price elsewhere!!!

Leaf filter guards installers destroyed…
Leaf filter guards installers destroyed my clients home they ripped off flashing to install the guards and caused a serious rot leak situtation on there home i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy after calling for over a week no one has yet to call back. What a great way to do a client.

Product is great! However, the customer service is awful! Never answered their phone when I needed to talk to someone regarding our filters, and when we needed to have them taken down due to damage to our roof and filters from hail they charged us $2000.00 to remove them and put them back on which was a 20 to 30 min job at most! Thats $1000.00 for a 15 min job, Ridiculous! You would think that after paying almost $10,000 that they would be more helpful. "BUYER BEWARE"!

The system seems to be working fine.
The frustrating part is the cost. When asked where a comfortable price would be I told the salesman. He told me he could get it to that price. Lots of things discussed not in writing. Contract was signed with the understanding that I would be paying the amount I wanted. With a suggestion of paying the original higher rate if I could. Surprise when my first bill arrives and it’s way more than what I was told I would pay! Very disappointed in how this turned out especially since they just keep trying and trying to sell you the product when you say you can’t afford it!

I would give leaf filter a 0 out of five if I could. The product itself is excellent. The service after the sale totally makes it not worth it to have on my home. We had a contractor working for leaf filter installing the product on our brand new seamless gutter and dented it! To my surprise they were able to beat the dent out to my satisfaction. Secondly the contractor showed up and got on the roof without notifying us he was there and like to have scared my wife to death when walking on the roof by her office window. Again she didn’t know they were there. Left the back gate open and unsecured while leaving and one of my fur babies got out. Thankfully she was found and unharmed. Completely unprofessional crew after installation. The call center is in a foreign country so good luck reaching someone for service after they install the product on your home. Again, I would never have put their product on my home knowing that service after the install would be such a nightmare! BTW, I lost my lifetime warranty because I wouldn’t allow the unprofessional contractors back to remove and replace the product while my home was having a new roof installed. The roofers took it off and put it back on which made the lifetime warranty void, per leaf filter! Don’t let this company sell you a product that after install is basically not worth your time.

Had leaf filter install new gutters and…
Had leaf filter install new gutters and gutter guards. Had to call them back twice. First time gutters not installed correctly and guards not installed correctly. Second time guards still not installed correctly water ran over the gutters like a small waterfall. The installer took a full trash bag of dirt and debris and left the trash bag on my driveway. This was a $4700 install. And they charge $100 to come out under there warranty to “fix” the issue. Don’t buy this product.

Johnathan, our installer, arrived and got right to work installing our gutter protection. He worked quickly and efficiently on the install and completely cleaned up the scraps and debris left by the job.
I had a very pleasant experience with Leaf Guard and appreciated the professionalism from sales through installation and would highly recommend the product.

To anyone considering purchasing from this company❌BE AWARE.
Please get every promise in writing and ask detailed questions before spending your hard-earned money. Our experience has been extremely disappointing, and we feel abandoned after the installation.
I am writing this review in hopes that someone in upper management at Leaf Home Water Solutions will contact me and help resolve this matter.
I purchased a water system from this company for over $6,000 because I was specifically told by the salesperson that they would install the best system for my home and that it would remove the chlorine coming from the City of Rock Hill water supply and take care of our water concerns.
After only a few months, we discovered that the system was not removing the chlorine as promised. When I contacted the company, a manager came to my home and acknowledged that the salesperson may have given us incorrect information. However, I was then told that because it was the salesperson's mistake, the company would not refund our money, replace the system, or install a system that actually does what we were originally promised.
As a customer, I do not understand how a company's representative can make promises during the sale, but the company takes no responsibility once the system is installed.
I am not looking for an argument. I am simply asking for a fair resolution. Please either install the system that was promised to us or work with us to make this right.
I spent over $6,000 on this system, and I feel completely let down by the lack of customer service and accountability.
Buyer beware: Make sure you get every promise in writing and fully understand exactly what the system is designed to do before purchasing. My experience has been that once the system was installed, I was left with a product that did not meet the expectations that were presented during the sale, and the company was unwilling to make it right.
dealing with this for years now and NO HELP.

I love the product, hate the buying experience! Starts at a price they know you won't like. Way high, then act like they did you a special service by lowering to what they call contractors price. I was a contractor for 43 years. That price was double what it should be. But I need this on my home. Contractor arrived 5 hours late. Not his fault. Scheduling error. Got here busted his ass in extreme heat by his self. No help. Done the job. Left a mess. For me to clean up before the forth. Not happy. In reality price is ridiculous. Also nothing was said during estimating job about warranty being limited. Was told lifetime warranty. Paperwork states limited lifetime. To bad they have no competition, that would / should put a realistic price for this product.

I installed Leaf Filter some years ago
I installed Leaf Filter some years ago. Not cheap! One day I noticed some of their installed mesh in my patio. Hummmm...
A bit later I saw mesh hanging down from several sides of my very high roof. I called my local Leaf Filter and they sent a repair crew. I was charged $175 for the repairs. I asked why? I thought the product and installation was guaranteed for life?
Not so, according to my local company. They said installation was only covered for one year. GEEZ!!! This is fraud on a massive scale.

Horrible experience, beginning to the end!
Salesman (David) came out & measured for gutters & determined how many down spouts were needed. Contract was written & the color of gutters (almond) was picked by ME. I thought the process was going fine & I was so excited about getting new gutters with gutter guards. On installation day, 8th, I had just gotten off work at 8am so while installation was being done I went in to rest. I went out to see how to gutters were looking & they were putting up the down spouts, near finished. I was shocked to see white gutters & desert sand down spouts, what an ugly disgusting sight. I asked the installer what was going on with the color, that wasn’t what I picked. He said that’s what’s on my order, white gutters & desert sand down spouts. I told him to hold on I was calling the salesman (David) explained to him the problem & he starts telling me that I had called him & had changed my mind on the color. I let her m know I had not called him about any change & we had only texted about installation & there was nothing in his or my text about changing anything. After 2 hours on phone & many call backs from David (after talking to his boss) trying to negotiate a cut in price & me to keep the disgusting colored gutters, I informed him that the color I picked out & the color that is on the contract was almond, neither color on my house is even the color I picked. After telling him I wanted gutters changed, if they could put desert sand gutters to match the down spouts I could live with that. Next, I was told he would call in an with date to fix his mess, assured me that it would be fixed in 2-3 days. For 1 week & 1 day, I texted David asking for date for gutters to be fixed, he would reply I’m working on it I’ll have a date within the hour or I’ll have you a date in the am. I finally called customer service, I explained the issue, got a date for gutters to be fixed & asked that a manager call me back. 3 days later I get a call from (Jeff) the instillation manager, explained the issue, he saw I had a date scheduled for the 19th & assured me it would be corrected. On 19th gutters were changed out. I went out looking at gutters in the rain just to make sure everything looked alright. On the front of my house I have gutters that meet at a point that are not level, one gutter meets the other with 1 1/2” higher than the other, I showed the installer I wanted that fixed, he said he had to do it that way so the water would run a certain way, it’s too much gutter there not to have a down spout & the salesman didn’t have enough down spouts on my order & there wasn’t one put down for that spot. So, again I have tried calling the installation manager 3 times & left messages & I have not received a return call about this problem, it’s been over a week now. Regarding the gutters, I’m not sure yet how effective they are, it’s just been 8 days but all I know is leaves are piled on top of the leafilters. This whole process has been a complete mess, I would not recommend for several reasons!

I had gutters installed by Leaffilter
I had gutters installed by Leaffilter, in October of 2023, and I have had problems with them from day one. I spoke to manager Sam Duran, last Friday 06/19/26, and he asked me to call back this week, but it appears that Mr Duran changed his phone number, because now I can't reach him. I tried calling their main number and have been placed on perpetual hold.
I would not use this company again if I had to do it again, and I am so frustrated that I am dependent on them to fix my issue, because clearly they are not interested in doing so..
My gutters are leaning the opposite direction of the drain spout, so that when it rains the water backs up and spills over the gutters and into my atrium.
I am also worried that they are probably doing more damage than good, because if the water is spilling over on both sides, then some of that water is backing up under my roof.

Not customer focused
My $8k LeafFilter gutter guard system was demolished by a hail storm. Of course, hail damage is NOT covered in their lifetime warranty. I called on a morning seeking an estimate to have a new system installed. The customer service number provided immediately directs you to a national call center. After being on hold 1 hour 18 minutes waiting for a customer service agent to become available, I finally selected the call back option. The first time I did this it took them two days to return my call. Finally got a call back and the agent informed me it would cost $125 to have an agent come out and give me an estimate to install a new system. Keep in mind, LeafFilter was able to pull up my account with all details and measurements on my house from the first install 3 yrs ago. I asked to speak with a manager, none available. The only option they provided me was to pay the $125 service fee to receive a quote on installing a new system. My experience with LeafFilter - the gutter guard system is over-rated: they drill holes in your gutters about every 6-8” and the screens on top of the guards partially block water flow in heavy downpours. Most importantly, their national customer service is slow and NOT customer focused!

I walked past and was mocked by a leadfilter associate for not being interested in his promotion. I shook my head no and he replied "ohh, nawhhhhhh" in a stupid voice, to imply that I sounded that way.
When I approached him, he stated he thought I wasn't interested and continued to be a smart alic, he then refused to give me his name or anything employee related. I had to find a store manager at Lowes just to address this issue as I had no other means.
I am a decorated veteran who just came in to spend money and left this store feeling disrespected and aggravated because of this "vendor".
