I live in Western MD and before we started to grow as much as recently, it was hard to get contractors to show up to bid on an old house, nearly 100 years old that would be a relatively small job. I was pleasantly surprised, showed up as promised, gave me a fair price, work completed within 10 days and the tech was very good. Its been a few years and the gutters still work and look great!

Buyer Beware ‼️ They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced on three separate occasions I have been waiting for someone to come out to repair my gutters that I purchased in February the problem is when it rain water is overflowing from the gutters like they are clogged I had 3 scheduled appointments but on 3 times no call no show when I finally speak with customer service it’s always an apology and a reschedule only for no one to show up
Please Do Not deal with this company they are horrible ‼️

Does not live up to the hype. This product is not a good product
This product is not a good product. If you have a lot of trees that shed their flowers, seeds, leafs, everything just sits right on top of the screen so you have to constantly clean the screens off. Yes, the gutters don’t clog because the screen is covering them however the screen gets clogged, so you still have to maintain your gutters and constantly be cleaning them. Not a good product at all if you have a lot of trees. The warranty only covers the gutters from being clogged the warranty does not prevent or cover if the screens themselves are clogged. Very dissatisfied with this product for the amount of money that I spent over $7000. It was not worth the money at all!

Do not buy Leaf filter
my home has big trees nearby and they cover the leaf filters. I was told the debris would blow off, it does not! What happens once the tree debris gets on the filters is the water runs off the gutter and onto your head as you pass by. So I have to get on a ladder to clean the filters that are covered by tree debris. I ask for a refund because the filters do not work, they get clogged and prevent the water from going into the gutters. I was told no refund, the filters were keeping the debris out of the gutters as advertised. I found this absurd, additionally all the debris holds water at the roof line which can damage the roof. I wasted over $5,000 putting on these filters and still have to clean the gutter filters off, so the debris is worse now as it sends water over the gutters rather than collecting in the gutters for an annual gutter cleaning. In my opinion this is a worthless product that creates work for you and makes things worse.

My experience was unsatisfying
My experience was unsatisfying with this company. I felt pressured into a contract before the sales guy would leave my home. I was assured if I wanted to change to a different quote (he had given me 4 different quotes on gutters to choose from ) all I had to do was call the sales guy and he would adjust the agreement. I didn't receive a copy of the adjusted agreement when I did ask to change from new gutters to a tune-up only. The technician sent me a window a day ealier than I had scheduled but then didn't show up. I called the sales guy and the scheduler contacted me with a new day and window. Then the technicians showed up 4 hours early and they did not complete the work that was in our agreement and then I was charged for the original agreement not the adjusted one. I got the run around from Leaf Home when I tried to dispute the charge and the service rendered. It took me three hours to finally get a hold of a person who got things fixed and the technician came back out and finished the job. What a headache this has been and I will not be using them again or recommending them.

After sending multiple electronic notices reminding me to be home for my appointment and a video from the owner assuring me they would be right on time, no one showed up. When I called, they said there was a mix up in scheduling. Unfortunately, they did not have the common decency to let me know. My day wasted.

DO NOT get LeafFilter Gutters
DO NOT get LeafFilter Gutters. The warranty is ONLY for 1 yr. so if it doesn't rain much and you don't notice any problem until the 2nd year - you are out of luck! Also what happens is debris gathers on top of the leaf filter gutter guards so water cannot pass through to the gutter. It cascades down the house and it does not take a heavy rain to do so. You have to remove the debris a couple times of year. Could have just cleaned my gutters and saved $8,000! There are several past law suits on this very problem. Wish I had researched more thoroughly.

Leaf Filter you sure deserve credit for hiring your Tech-CSR- Sales Rep. Jarek Uchmanowicz from the Burlington ON office. What a wonderful experience we had when he visited us today to take a look at the work we were interested in having done. Based on my interaction with Jarek he is truely a professional.....very pleasent...very natural...a great ability to listen and respond directly to our questions...a no pressure approach. His entire interaction with us showed how proud he was to represent Leaf Filters. His product knowledge was extensive...the options he offered were all related to what we could use. He used product samples along with install pictures to give us a great overview of what Leaf Filters has to offer and how the service was provided. Based on my own 45 years in the following areas of Sales Management..Marketing and as an International CSR Training Consulant I see the potental for a great addition to your Corprate B to B team...just sayin. We felt like we’re were scammed as our…
We felt like we’re were scammed as our original quote was similar to a quote we received from another company. We agreed to use leaf filter and when the time came for the work to be done it did not include the entire replacement of eaves, soffit, facia and gutter guards. The work had already started and that is when we realized. We had no choice but to agree to continue the full replacement job which ended up costing $10,000 more. After the job was completed there were some areas that did not meet our expectation and customer service did not stand behind there workmanship. I would never recommend Leaf Filter. My gutters were installed in 2022
But apparently installed with out drip edge or any board replacement. My gutters have fallen this week and its raining hard here. The damage does not look good.
I have plenty of pics.
I have reached out several times through email and the contact number I had.
The gutters are nice.
But the installation should not have happened with out ( i was informed) drip edge and facial board.
Is this a usual practice to install gutters over things that dont last. Or the drip metal
My gutters were leaking 4 months after install and they were called but never fixed.
We spoke on email.
We have a lifetime warranty.
Maybe I just slipped through the cracks.
But i would love gutters that do what they were designed to do. I now have more damage.

I wish I could leave a -5 star review
I wish I could leave a -5 star review. Instead of cleaning the gutters twice a year, I'm having to clean them off 6-8 times a year. Every storm I watch water pour over the gutters. The salesman (con artist) insisted that the leaves and pine needles would flush right off the "Leaf Filter". WRONG!!! The only thing I can equate this to would be buying a fire extinguisher that shot out gasoline. This product is horrible!

Pushy Salesman
I have no doubt in my mind that this product is top quality and worth it. However my initial experience was absolutely mind blowing.
I reached out to get a quote for my home to get an idea of what this project might cost.
Where this whole thing went wrong was after the estimator sat down with me to go through the "quote".
It started with his what seamed to be 20 page binder of how the leaffilter has received so many 5 star reviews and they've been on NBC news and so much more before he even got to the quote portion. Im sure hes instructed to go through and explain this all to the customer but it honestly felt like it all could've been avoided.
Once he got to the quote portion, I felt like we went back to my high-school years doing math on a piece of loose leaf paper. Once we got to the number and how I was going to receive all these different discounts the quote retailed at just over 13k. After discounts I was quoted just over 10k.
I was taken back with the price and told him him that I wasnt ready to make a decision yet. Of course he wanted to walk out of my home with me saying yes to the deal so he did some more "math" and came back with a price of just over 6k. Again, I said, thank you but im not ready to make a decision. He then calls his boss who proceeds to almost berate me asking why im not ready to go ahead with the project and what I needed to make a decision right that second. He then drops the price even more to a little over 3k. WOW. Again, I said thank you but I'm not ready to make a decision today and he goes in what I perceived as a mocking tone " well yes you are... you making the decision to say no."
Anyways, after this i thanked them for their time and the estimator left.
Bad experience for me overall.

Please read carefully before doing business with LeafFilter North of Canada. I encourage prospective customers to read the negative reviews first, as they appear to reflect experiences similar to ours.
Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
It began when a sales representative visited our home in March. The presentation was lengthy, and we were initially quoted approximately $15,000 for the project. When we asked for a day or two to consider the proposal, the representative immediately began reducing the price and offering various promotions and discounts, eventually lowering the cost to approximately $9,000. While still expensive, we felt pressured to make a decision because we were preparing for an extended trip and needed urgent gutter repairs before leaving. We were repeatedly told that the discounted price was only available while the representative was still in our home.
We were advised that the installation would be completed within a week and would take no more than one day. Instead, more than ten days passed before work began, and the project ultimately took over three days to complete.
The workmanship and professionalism were unacceptable. The crew left wires dangling from exterior walls and failed to clean the work site. Numerous metal scraps, screws, and construction debris were left scattered around our property. Several phone calls were required before anyone returned to address these issues.
After the first rainfall, we discovered leaks in several areas of the newly installed gutter system. Upon returning from our trip a few weeks ago, we found large sections of downspout detached and hanging from our fence and trees in the backyard.
When we contacted the company to report the problem, an appointment was scheduled five days later despite forecasts of rain and snow. No one showed up. After multiple follow-up calls, we were informed that no appointment had actually been scheduled and that we would need to coordinate with another office. This demonstrated a serious lack of communication and organization within the company.
We have photographs speak for themselves and show the quality of workmanship we received, if anyone is interested for further information.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend LeafFilter North of Canada. We paid a premium price expecting premium service and quality, but unfortunately received neither.

Very disappointed. They claim to offer lifetime warranty. One of my joints leaks. When I called service they could not tell me if it was covered. Need to pay for a service call to find out. They do not stand behind their product. Just slick salesmen with an over priced product

Gutter Installation
I purchased the LeafFilter Gutters and protection package. Within 2 days of my purchase they came to install my gutters. The crew of workers were very professional and worked well together. Each worker knew what they had to do. They cleaned up and took away the old gutters. It took them approximately 4 hours to complete. I am very pleased that I bought from them. the filters clog with dirt, pollen, and roof debris. because of this water backed up leaked through two of our windows. we purchased these so my husband ,74 years old, wouldn't have to climb ladders to clean the gutters. because of the clog issues he now has to clean these filters. very disappointed.

Terrible follow up
We called LF to initiate a followup purchase to cover more gutter space on our house. We attempted to get them to come out to review our request. They have not called us back after 4 attempts to get the process rolling. The initial sales call was very good but followup is TERRIBLE!
