When they first installed their products at my home, they did not do a thorough job. I called them & heard back promptly from Mike. He said someone in customer support would call me to schedule a service call. Steve did just that soon after. I returned his call a few times but never heard back from him. I tried contacting the Co. again, this time in writing, & heard back that someone would be out on May 4, 2026. Then I got another email stating I would have to pay $125.00 for the service call. (I thought I had their "advertised" "lifetime warranty!" I told the service tech I was not paying a fee for him correcting errors from the install. He replied:"Then your warranty is voided." What kind of business practices are these?

I had my gutters installed a year ago. One year later the gutters are leaking all over. The company is telling me that this "Life time guaranteed" doesn't include maintenance. They want to charge a fee to come out to fix the leaks. These gutters cost a fortune and are not worth the money!! I do not recommend this product.

We called leaf filter for gutters and facia and soffit and they sent some subcontractor out that didn't have all of the materials and hung the facia in pieces and is all buckling up and charged us $11,000 and did not solve the problem after complaining to them. Still many problems. I would not recommend this company!!

Lies, Llies and more lies. This product does not work. Debris constantly builds up on my leaf filters and I have already had to get on my ladder and clear the debris 4 times this season alone in 2026. Debris builds up on it and within 1 or 2 rains, and then a literal waterfall is flowing right over it down in front of my front door. They have sent people out to try and fix it twice, but still no dice. Check real reviews of this company and don't waste your money. They were sued for lying about the effectiveness of their product and lost in 2023. I was charged over $11k for them to replace my gutters and install the leaffilter which I gladly paid assuming I would never have to worry about getting up on a ladder to clean my gutters ever again like their add claimed, they lied. The salesman told me he would personally come over and help me fix any problem I have with water spilling over my gutters ever again, he lied. I haven't found a single reason to EVER recommend this company to anyone...EVER. REPLY TO "LEAF FILTERS" RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: MY situation is not typical? Then why did you lose a class action lawsuit for false claims in 2023?....and let you know if I have anything else to share for your consideration? How about YOU be considerate and stand behind your word? How about you give me my money back since you lied so I can pay someone who won't lie to me? That's what REAL consideration would look like. But you aren't gonna do that because when it comes down to it, you're a for profit company that doesn't care who you swindle.

I bought a Leaffilter gutter system. It was installed incorrectly. They fixed a few problems on a revisit but tried to charge me after I found water leaking between the gutter and my house eaves. I had to seal the gap myself after paying a premium. This product is no good because they do not install correctly.

My experience with leaf filter started out well, with the salesman being able to reduce the original price by over $3,000! A miracle! The price was about what I had planned on spending so agreed. The work crews that came out were great, but then the first crew came upon an unexpected problem of rotted wood, so there was a delay in the project. When it was time to finish installing the gutters, the material for my project had been used for another job so I either had to wait two weeks or settle for a slightly different color wrap. With all this rain, I could not go two weeks without a gutter so had to settle. And here’s the best part: reinstalling the soffit was not in the job description so it was going to cost extra. The salesman came back with $400! I was told that, because of the labor, it cost that much. It took the guy 25 minutes to nail it up. That’s $16 a minute! At that point I was done, and couldn’t wait for the project to be done. The salesman apologized over and over again, that he couldn’t do anything about the price, blah, blah, blah. I called Customer service that afternoon (Tuesday) and still haven’t heard back from them (Friday) after I was assured that I would be called promptly. So, make sure you read the job description very carefully and make sure every little detail is included.

Tim Champagne gave me my estimate, then after the work began it was going to be more money and instead of at least trying to make they're customer happy because the estimate they gave was inaccurate they did nothing! They told me that the one who gave the estimate is only a salesman. My question is this... then why is he giving estimates if he isn't qualified! They left my job half done!

The good news: they do seem to be working. The bad news: the rep that gave me the estimate (this is in Seattle) had told me that it included 10 years of them sweeping off the gutters if needed. Since I can't get on a roof, this was a selling point for me. The first time I called, they came out and did it. The second time, today, I was told I would have to pay $125. I went back to the handwritten estimate, and sure enough, he had left that off. So look carefully before you sign. I thought I had.

What is my experience, first we meet with Paul of LeafFilter on Monday he explain to us the products the process the material and colour choice by Wednesday two teams started the installation process by the end of the day it was completed they clean all around and we did a walk around the property it was all perfect. I had the leaf filter installed a year ago. After a rain I noticed water overflowing from the gutter. Normally this should be covered under their warranty. When I called, I was two weeks past coverage for maintenance to have someone come out and take a look. So now to have someone come out, I would have to pay $125 which is ridiculous.

Does anyone know of a reputable gutter/downspout company who can fix a problem with the $8900 job LeafFilter in Dayton did for us last August? Rainwater pours off our roof and they say that they "can not" fix it. The man who they sent out said it could but the office refuses. Lifetime Warranty??? I just need the water not to pour off my new roof.

I have had nothing but problems with this. I had to have to repaired with in a year of installation and it was NOT free! Lifetime warranty is BS. I have screen falling off and last year a large piece came off. I just gave up calling them because it is not worth paying $125 to repair it for it to happen every Winter. I live in Maine and do not recommend getting this if you have snow falling from your roof. It will take the screen with it! A total waste of my money. I believe I spent close to 3,000 a few years ago! Very disappointed in this product!

I have had leaf filter for 9 years. I had them come out today to fix a gap between the roof and the gutter. Christopher from the Chattanooga, Tn. office came out. He was Great. Honest, thorough, did excellent work in addressing the issue and fixing it to my satisfaction. Polite, cleaned up after himself. He is an asset to the company.

Very disappointing experience. The salesperson was extremely aggressive and initially presented a quote that felt significantly inflated. After I declined and asked them to leave my property, the price was suddenly reduced by $7,000. That kind of drastic drop raises serious concerns about pricing transparency and trust. I would not recommend this company—there are more reputable options out there that operate with greater honesty and professionalism.

Installation was poorly done, downspouts were not cleaned out. Installers were very unprofessional. From day one we had and are continue to have a major issue with overflow. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule a repair. When you do get someone, it takes weeks to get an appointment. We have had two attempts to repair the issue with no improvement. The last person sent to repair was rude and very unprofessional. We paid $10,600 for this system over a year ago. I cannot recommend the product or the service.

I dislike the fact that on the contract 1 through 8 on #3 it says repair and realign gutters as needed, this is a blatant lie, I called today 4/28/2026 to inform them that I had water stains in both west facing room. I had two different roofers come out to check for roof to see if it was leaking but they couldn't find anything wrong with the roof. I was told that the moisture came from faulty installation of gutters. So I called today and the first thing I get hit with is a charge of $125.00 for inspection, I'm on a fix income and can't afford $125.00 the reason I paid $6,924.00 4 years ago was for a piece of mind, it's only been 4 years, I didn't realize that it was going to fail this early on. Am immensely disappointed with Leaf Filter.

I will NEVER recommend this scam product to anyone. Every time I see one of your "sales" people in a store I let them know that and manage to scare away at least a few customers and this will continue. I have videos/pictures explaining my issues but there's no way to attach them here. had them installed last fall and we still have water flooding out of the gutters on several corners. overflows (they promise won't happen) it's a crap product and WAY over priced for starters and then it doesn't work as promised. do yourself a favor and pass on this product.
