Mine gutters started leaking about the second month they were installed on the gutters had tiger stripes on them!! had a service call several times. horrible experience. so now I left with leaking gutters. and they want more money to come fix them!!! even though I have a lifetime warranty. which states lifetime warranty for as long as you own your home I called and wanted to have them removed and they wanted to charge for that

Extremely expensive.,for that kind of job.,I rushed myself I should to get two more options (at least)$6183.,way to much.,if I would get at least 2 more .,it would be half of that no more that $ 3 thousand.,if I’d add up the screens it would be 6 thousand more,I went to Home Depot and buy me some screens for $ 20 dls I installed myself and works very well.,they are a complete scan.,the good reviews that I read probably people with to much money.,and my mistake is that I should to read the reviews before.,the majority of them are bad.,

This company sold me a full wrap on my garage and home. After installing all but last elbows n downspout, I was told the last wasn't needed...But I still paid full amout. I've tried to get a refund..just a few hundred dollars. My contract did not hold and I was denied..so if you cheat 1 out of every 10 houeholds..I bet you rake in millions..shame on this company. Shame shame shame

Don't bother with this system
Editing my review now they are not even responding to my request. Again $5000 dollar system that needs monthly cleaning I have had them have to return 5 times and now they won't respond to me and want to charge me a$125 to come out to look at it my main problem is a what in roofing is a valley. This area constantly over flows. The salesman assured me that I would not have to go up on the roof to clean the gutters. Management won't tell them to stop saying that. Management said would have to clean the gutters twice a year. If the salesman told me that I would have never had them install it.without a gutter guard I only had to have it cleaned twice a year so the system was not saving me any thing. I would not advise anyone to have this installed

The product is quality- no doubt
The product is quality- no doubt. But this location sub contracts all of their installation work. This was a problem. The crew assigned to our project was poor in communication and sloppy in their work! They broke slate shingles while working which caused us more expense and time and effort. I couldn’t prove this since I took no pictures before the work started. Cleanup was also done very poorly and we are still finding screws and other things left behind by the crew.
Perhaps we should have been better off with local tradesman. And so it goes.

I'm taking all the screens down and selling them because they worked okay at first but you have to clean the screens off all the time because the little stuff gets stuck in the top and then the water just rolls right over the top of the gutter onto your patio or wherever it's going so they suck
AND they r way toooo much money

Warranty claims real?????
When I decided to have Leaf Filter installed in 2016, I chose the system because they claimed "lifetime transferable warranty." Their website brags about that warranty. I looked today. In April 2026, I called the company, because my gutters were overflowing in a rain storm. They said they would provide an inspection, but it would cost $125.00, because inspections were not included in the warranty. I had the tech out to inspect and paid the $125.00. He said the gutters were clean and fine, but he said the screens were failing. When I asked when he could do the "warranty" work to replace them, he said it would cost me $2,200. He said he didn't know anything about the details of warranty but I should contact the company. I sent an email through Leaf Filter's online system. They responded with a canned message to say someone would contact me. It is now 3 weeks later, and I have had no contact. I repeated the email message on 5/2/26 and got the same canned message via email. No contact. I called 5/15/26, and the agent didn't understand me. She was kind and respectful and tried to be helpful. However, I had to explain many times. Language? She then said that "lifetime" in their advertisements for "lifetime transferable warranty" really didn't mean "lifetime." Really???? She finally said she would forward my concerns to someone else, who would contact me. Bottom line, I question whether that the warranty advertising, both on the website and on TV, could be a trick or dishonest or false advertising. So far, nobody has been able to explain my concerns. Their website claims A+ rating on BBB, but I was unable to verify that. There were several with the name, Leaf Filter, but when I clicked on the Leaf Filter North, which was in the information on their email and on the phone call I made ("Leaf Filter North, LLC; 1595 Georgetown Rd. Hudson, OH 44236; Service Department 800-749-4566"), it showed up as F. Curious. On a less negative note, I had been satisfied with the system until now, so it did work for a while. My one complaint when it was working properly and in good shape was that some of the attachment points on the gutters were visibly rusting so it didn't look very nice. I am now waiting for that promised contact.

Don't install this product if you get…
Don't install this product if you get rain. The screen holes are so small it cant handle all the water. They came and installed splash guards but they dont help in heavy rain. Our entire deck floods evertime it rains and requires a lot of clean up. They want us to pay someone to come out to see if they can fix their work that tried to fix the product that doesn't work.
A very expensive mistake. We dont re commend the product to anyone. Of course once they have the $$$$ they just offer more excuses.
They say the system is working because all the water runs off the house and not into the gutter?
We would rather clean our gutters once a year than do flood cleanup after every rain

The crew were great
The crew were great. Mike, Adam and Josh were super ambassadors for Leaf Filter. I am happy with the installation the proof will be this fall when the pine needles and leaves drop and the eaves trough doesn't collect the drop.

The installation team was bad…
The installation team was from another company and did a poor job. They took an extra day because they said the wood behind my gutters was rotten and they had to remove and replace it. That cost an extra $1200. When they removed it, I saw that only one of the 4 boards were decayed, but they replaced all 4 with partical board unstead of real wood. When they replaced the gutters, they diid a poor job and it looks really bad. In addition, they left nails lying in the driveway, They first time I tried to call their customer service, he said to call after they were done. I tried many times, and the do not answer me or call back when I leave a message. They even hung up on me. I do not recommend them because you do not know who will install them. Having a good product does not matter if you get poor results. Also, reading the contract, their leaf filters are warranteed but not the work they did, especially the wood they installed which is not from Leaf Filter.

I received my estimate on 5-11-26. Installer arrived the morning of 5-12-26. In less than 24 hours from the estimate the work was completed Job#AKR32277. Installer was awesome. Very Nice and did an Awesome Job on our gutters. Couldn't ask for a better dude/employee to do work at our home. Deffinately keep this man working for Leaf Filter Forever. They scam and trick people
We were lied to by the salesman when we were told we were purchasing gutters with a filter. We were deceived by the installer when he showed us a gutter with filter before installation last July. We had no idea until a few days ago when my husband climbed onto the roof to see why the gutters weren't working right only to find that there was no filter at all. Don't trust LeafFilter, they scam senior citizens and refuse to fix the problem they created.

Lifetime gutter cleaning guarantee not honored
When I first bought Leaf Filter Gutters it was primarily for installation of new gutters with lifetime free gutter cleaning. The installation was completed timely and satisfactorily. The lifetime free cleaning no longer exists. I would strongly advise any new customers to go elsewhere where guarantees are honored. Never would have used them.

My gutter is clogged
My gutter is clogged. The guy came poured a gallon of water down. The Gutter guy said that there was no clog. The water chuckled out. Turns out there is a clog. They wanted $125 to pour a gallon of water down my downspout.
