I didn’t think the Liberty Mutual couldn’t get more stupid. I was wrong. I would never buy insurance from a company whose taste is so poor.

Tried to take a policy out with this company, can't get any verification emails to complete the process. Two customer service reps passed me to a third who can't speak English or understand my accent. A very big waste of time when I could've potentially saved money. Very disappointing.

My process was easy and all online!

My process was easy and all online. I didn't need to talk to anyone nor have questions. Also it kept info about my vehicle from the last time I had this auto insurance which made it super easy because a lot of info was already put in. Price was also so good, I didn't find it necessary to check other places.

This company are crooks.

This company are crooks. They said they would get back to me about a quote I requested. Instead they charged me and sent my files to collections. Unbelievable how crooked they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in the process of filing a complaint with better bisness bureau. I need to contact an attorney to for for charging me for something I did not want or accept. Unbelievable how crooked they are. People stay clear of them unless you want to get screwed over.

I have had a horrible experience thus…

I have had a horrible experience thus far with Liberty Mutual. Unfortunately it is the best price for what we need it insurance. My agent, Mike Williams, license #1678592N, told me the incorrect information about the RightTrack app. I had to do my own research to find the correct information. It is unfortunate that their own agents do not even know their policies and procedures and are misleading customers under false pretenses. Additionally, when I called customer service to remove RightTrack because I was sold it under false pretenses, they were unable to forward me to a customer complaint area were I could file a formal complaint about the situation, so I have no idea if this will be formally investigate. Insurance agencies should not be selling things under false pretenses.

The restoration company contacted me right away. They were here within hours. They restored my water by bringing in a reasonably priced plumber (plumbers are not covered under my policy). They were swift in their actions and very personable.
