Liberty Mutual gave me discount for safe driving and low mileage. Sheila was professional and informative.
So far in the process Liberty Mutual has been upfront and responsive and very helpful in dealing with a storm caused roof leak sending out an inspector to determine where to go from here but up to this point I am pleased with service.
Insurance rates just go up overtime and they penalize us for other people having car accidents that’s why our rates go up to cover theirs and their commercials say only pay for what you need. Well I don’t need $11 million commercials but yet I’m still having to pay for it if I have insurance through them. I cancelled and went elsewhere

I am new with company but have had friends with them and are very happy the agent i have talk to was very very positive and very polite and knew what he was doing i ask a lot of questions and he had no problem at answering them
The Customer Service person that assisted me was very thorough in her approach to setting up my claim and helping me understand the process. She was very attentive and kind.

My names Odelys and I wanna talk about a worker by the name of Teresa Aske from liberty mutual who was incredibly helpful she layed out everything in a very simple matter she gave me reassurance on all my concerns and she worked with me and took care of all my needs. My situation was a little more unorthodox than most when it comes to auto insurance and she helped me save a lot and she even helped me see the flaws in other company’s I was previously going to follow through with. So phenomenal worker glad I got her when I called.
I spoke with Kay at about 3:45 about my policy and she was able to help me and was the nicest person I’ve ever had an interaction with at Liberty. I’ll continue to do business with you if you keep people like this employed and give that lady a raise haha.
