Sun hit my mirror and in my eyes

I hit a tree with my truck. I eas on my own property. The sun hit my mirror and into my eyes. Every time i call i get the same rude ass lady. Said its my fault denied. Im also struggling mentally and waiting for disability for my physical conditions. I told her that should be covered and i can't take anymore bad news. I told her i guess i would just be better off dead. She didn't not care and chuckled. Do not do business with liberal. To many bad stories. Now i sit home depressed with no vehicle. Thanks library! You really don't care.

They were great at first but after I got in my 2nd car accident in 2025, both accidents not my fault just an unlucky year, they have been treating me terribly and dropping the ball on my insurance claim. When it was time to renew the claimed I had back fees and increased my monthly payments by like 50 dollars. I switched to a different insurance since they offered me a much lower rate. I canceled with them. However, they still charged me and now I am fighting to get my money back. Do not use them of you want them to be an insurance company when you are in trouble.

It's been less than 1 day and I've already received several text messages and emails with various pieces of information. I appreciate getting a claim # and explanation of coverage from Liberty so early in the process. Thank you.

We are senior citizens with clean driving records. We have 2 vehicles, when we called to let you know that soon we will only have one vehicle, we were informed that our auto insurance would go up!!! We have our homeowners insurance with you also. You will NOT have us much longer as clients. Your idiot commercials say, "only pay for what you need". There's our feedback for you!

Lawsuit Now Pending

We were hit by someone insured by Liberty Mutual. Our car is totaled but this company is offering us so far under market value (market value is being based on appraisals by a reputable insurance auto appraiser) that we can’t begin working towards a new car. When we speak to Liberty Mutual, we are told that they do not care and will not negotiate with us. We are now going to have to sue Liberty Mutual which is unfortunate. This is horrible and I actually feel bad for the people insured by them because they will be listed in our lawsuit.

They get things done quickly and efficiently. They do what they say they will do. Great service on every claim we’ve had. On a claim that went to arbitration, they won the case for us. Refunded our deductible and the other insurance company had to pay for our claim. Communication with us is outstanding.

I would go lower if I could

I would go lower if I could. Trash company. Talked to 4 different agents over the course of a couple weeks trying to secure insurance and never once did they mention me not having insurance for a few weeks would not allow me to purchase insurance with them. (old insurance company renewal was coming up and elected to look elsewhere). Strung me along for weeks, then the last guy tells me if I want to get insurance with another company and show them then they can work with me. dafuq? yea let me pay another company so I can then pay you for the same service? dogshit company.
