Do not believe all the amazing reviews of these sheets. The sheets are even BETTER than you can imagine. I’m obsessed.
This is honestly amazing to hear, thank you so much! :)
This comforter is very soft. The texture never loses its shape.
We're so happy to hear that you're loving it! :)
Sheets came without drying instructions. Impossible to cotnact customer service because it returns to the chapta all the time. The quality was barely ok for the (heavily reducded) price.
We're really sorry to hear about this frustration! Our products do include washing instructions on the tag. We recommend our items are washed in cold water with mild detergent and no fabric softener on the gentle cycle, tumble dried with no or low heat, and removed promptly at the end of the dry cycle. Please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected] if you need further assistance :)
I am in love, these sheets are pure luxury and a great value with all the wonderful sales they offer. I highly recommend

Thanks so much for your kind words! Our CS team is always happy to help :)
Love the pattern and feel of the fabric. Good buy. I did need to get a duvet insert since the duvet was thinner than I thought. Very pleased.
We're so happy that you're loving your duvet cover set! Just so you know, the cover set is only intended to be used similarly to a pillowcase for the duvet insert, it isn't intended to be used on its own :)

I ordered a queen size quilt and after I received it, I decided I needed a king size. I emailed the shop and they quickly resolved the exchange. The quilt is beautiful and I am so happy with my purchase. I also ordered sheet sets and am very happy with these also. I will definitely order from this shop again. They are professional, friendly and are quick with responding.

I ordered two sheet sets, and was set 1 one the sets I ordered, and a twin coverlet instead of the other sheet set. Packaging was also sloppy. I’m not impressed.
Hey Kate, we're so sorry to hear about the mix-up! Our records show that our CS team is waiting to hear back from you, they'll be happy to assist further! :)
