I received my order super quickly. I had a couple of issues with the charge to my credit card. I emailed and quickly received a response. I also needed to return the items due to them not being exactly what I was wanting. Great customer service throughout! I only received part of my order. According to the tracking information one item delivered to an address in TN (I live in NC). Supposedly it’s been reshipped, and I’m waiting to see if it arrives. I’ll revise my review if/when it arrives.

The twin comforter I received had a poorly finished border area, with lots of loose thread, and I think it will become more frayed with use. I wonder if it was inspected. I don’t look forward to having to pack it up to return. Note Update: I was sent a new comforter very promptly in good condition. I did not have to return the flawed comforter. Excellent customer service!

I like packaging and color but "quilt" is extremely thin. Not much thicker than a sheet.

I purchased a 3-piece essential Duvet Cover King size in Taupe. The material after just 3 months of use seems to be degrading. The duvet seams are separating and the pillowcases are pilling. The pillowcases are on non-primary pillows with limited use. For the price of these items I would expect much higher quality.

I was weary when I ordered as thought it might be too good to be true. And it was quite the opposite. I bought 2 quilted that are incredibly soft and great modern colors. I also got a Duvet that I think might be too thin but will say it's very soft

Love my sheets and love this company. I only buy sheets from Linen and Hutch now. They are perfect sized so the fitted sheet doesn’t roll up. They do not pill ever. We have 2 dogs in the bed so we are constant washing them. Super fast shipping. I’ve placed more than 10 orders with them and have never been disappointed.

The duvet cover is soft, just a bit cheaper and thinner material then I expected, feels like a sheet. I don’t think it looks quite like the photo in the add, but maybe I should have looked closer at photo reviews.
