Lulus has great customer service when it comes to exchanges. I had to exchange my dress for another size and there was limited quantity available. I was concerned the new size would sell out. However, I was surprised as to how quickly Lulu’s sent me the new correct size!

First time buyer

I ordered an Elegant Admiration Navy Blue Floral One-Shoulder Maxi Dress from the website in June for an event. The ordering process was easy and the dress arrived on time. I felt the cost was good for the quality of the dress. The colors matched what I saw on the website and it looked as I expected. I didn’t end up wearing the dress to the event and considered returning it however by the time I remembered I was beyond the 21 day return window. I liked how the website suggested selling it on Poshmark as an alternative. I did decide to keep the dress because I liked it and hopefully there will be another opportunity to wear it in the future. This was my first time ordering from Lulus and I was pleased with my experience although I do think the return window could be extended to 30 days. I ordered ahead of my event so I knew it would arrive on time so even if I had remembered to look into returning it when we returned from our trip, I think I would have been over 21 days.

One suggestion I have is that it would be great if frequent customers like me could receive special promotions or generous discount coupons. I shop for dresses almost every month, so rewards for loyal customers would be greatly appreciated.

Dress comes long (I am 5'3") so did have to pay to get it altered some but overall very happy with quality of product and would definitely recommend (with enough time for alterations if needed)!
