Beautiful but Poor Quality

The purse is beautiful but the chain broke within an hour on the first time I used it. I am really sad about it because I had planned to use it for several more events this year.

Delivery was annoying as it was through Amazon yet they just delivered it to the post office and marked it delivered. So I panicked thinking my package was lost until the next business day. Item was cute but not 100% how I thought it would be, so that added to the disappointment.

Followed the sizing guide (based on measurements) and went up a size to large from my normal medium. The large was then so tight? I almost had to cut myself out of it. The dress was also poor quality and did not resemble the images seen on the site. This is not something I would’ve dreamed of spending more that $15 on

I don't like leaving negative reviews

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I have no choice. I ordered a dress that I need to return, so I contacted customer service and asked for help with the return process. I was told that someone would contact me or that I would receive an email with instructions. Neither happened. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I feel like I was misled. Do not order from this company if you expect any support after your purchase.

The dress is cute and gets a lot of compliments but the quality of the material was not worth the money. Felt like SHEIN material.

Great assortment of dresses

Great assortment of dresses. This is the second time I've ordered from Lulus for a special event. I live rural and it's well over an hour to drive anywhere I will find a variety of options. I ordered multiple styles in varied sizes depending on style and reviews, keep what I love, return the rest. Returns were even more simple this time around because I could drop the returns off at an Ulta store I need to get to anyway. Both times, I received many compliments on my dresses. Quality was excellent for the price paid.

Entire order ships quickly, all inventory in stock as described. Product quality and pricing is fair. customer service was quick, helpful and easy both times used. I placed multiple large orders trying to find a dress and when I needed new return codes, customer support was easy to reach and sent new codes right away. It made returns so easy.

The dress is well worth the sales price. I did cut one of the petals because it looked unnatural at the top of the dress, off the fabric. I'm concerned that after more wears, the fabric will likely get stuck in the zipper as well. Overall, the dress was lovely, and I received several compliments. I'm 5'9 and wore heels, and it came just below my shoes. Bonus for tall gals. I'm in between sizes according to the size chart. I'm a med waist but large hips, so I went with size large, and it fit me just right.
