Loved clothing
Loved clothing, did not like tags on one of the bikinis, sewn into seam, visible. Had tocyt it out & re-sew it shut.

Great dress
Great dress! Unique and received lots of compliments! I’m 5’4” and I didn’t need to hem with a small heel.

I received my dresses a lot earlier than expected. I love the quality and reasonable prices of your clothes. However, the zipper of one of my dresses got stuck and I had trouble zipping it up the day of my event. It ended up opening up and I had to take it to a cleaners to get it fixed.
Fast and Ready to Wear
The fit of the dress and the color were exactly what I needed. I purchased a dress that unfortunately didn’t work for the event due to a change in color palette. Last minute decision to get this dress proved to remove a huge weight from my chest. Zero alterations needed. Size small, height 5”3.

Lulus took me by surprise
Lulus took me by surprise! I was always worried about ordering a dress from here not sure how the quality or service would be like. However, my shipment came before the estimated time, which was amazing because I needed it asap. Ordering was very easy through the app, and Apple Pay was available! Quality of the dress surpassed my expectations, I’ve seen it through different influencers, but they never specified how thick and comfortable the material is. So elegant, soft and beautiful!

I have always liked lulus but
I have always liked lulus, but I have contacted them multiple times over my recent purchase. I returned over $600 of items and never received the refund. They said give it 3-5 days and then 7 days and then 10 days, but I never received it. I had to call my card company to try to dispute it. Very disappointed in the customer service. I was hoping they could cancel the refund and try again, but they never did.
Bad fit
The sizings available for this dress were so disproportionate. Ultimately I regretted getting this dress at all. Customer service was responsive but it was a tedious process overall.
