Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the professional, polite, and knowledgeable pilots who share interesting local information and keep everyone feeling completely safe throughout the journey. Visitors are especially thrilled with the stunning aerial views of the deep canyons and the exceptionally smooth rides over the breathtaking local landscapes.
However, some customers also noted that visiting during the peak summer season can make the outdoor environment quite hot during the tour. Travelers additionally mentioned that flight schedules and landing spots can occasionally be influenced by natural conditions like heavy cloud cover.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything from booking to final touch down went smoothly. Our Pilot, Christian, was easy to chat with, answered all our questions, and was a great guide. The Wind Dancer flight may be costly but you definitely get your moneys worth. My wife was hesitant at first but after reading reviews and seeing their safety record, it put her mind at ease. She too had a blast on the trip. Our tour was late July (mid day) so it keep in mind it was hot, but they kept the cold waters (and champagne at the canyon) flowing. I will 1000% use Maverick Helicopters for future experiences.

Our pilot was professional, provided information on points of interest and made everyone feel safe and relaxed. Great experience and flying in a group of helicopters was also quite cool, with plenty of distance at all times. We had a great flight and had plenty of time to enjoy the experience. The other couples we were paired with were great too.

Was a wonderful and recommended experience! Punctuality and a well prepared staff...
The only issue from my side, is that it seems the time in the helicopter was less than 10 mins... maybe was de excitation!!!

Terrible! My flight was changed last minute and right before we boarded the helicopter we has to leave and not board for the ride becase we had to run to the airport or we were going to lose our flight. I approached the front desk and explained the situation and they told me that they could do nothing for me that I had lost my money, no refund!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. Our records indicate that you chose not to take the flight due to concerns about missing your departing airplane flight out of Las Vegas. While we regret that your travel plans impacted your ability to participate, the tour operated as scheduled and was available for boarding at the time of departure. We appreciate your comments and wish you safe travels.
If you book helicopters in last minute be prepared for no refund if someone is sick .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Bookings made through our payment link require agreement to our Terms & Conditions, which include a 72-hour cancellation policy; after that window, bookings are considered final. As we weren't notified until hours before the flight, for a booking of 12 seats, we were unfortunately unable to offer a refund at that point.
We understand how frustrating this can be when unexpected circumstances arise, and we're always looking for ways to better communicate our policies to guests. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our team as we continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience.
