I had an incredible flight with Doug

I had an incredible flight with Doug, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment we arrived at the, his professionalism and calm demeanor instantly put me at ease. Hetook the time to give me a thorough safety briefing and clearly explained what to expect during the flight, which was great for me being a first flyer. Once we were up in the air, the flying was incredibly smooth—even the takeoffs and landings felt effortless. Doug pointing out landmarks and sharing interesting details along the way really added to the experience without ever feeling forced or script-like. It is clear that they he has been flying for many years and cares about safety and making sure his passengers have an unforgettable time. If you get the chance to fly with Doug take it!

Maverick - You are AWESOME!

From the moment we arrived at the Heliport everything was perfect! We had done a Maverick Helicopter flight during our last visit to Las Vegas so we had a small idea of what to expect with our South Rim flight. Oh my goodness... it did not disappoint. Our Pilot Nick was wonderful and our own Tom Cruise! He pointed out so much for us during the flight. Don't think if you have done one of the Grand Canyon Rim's that you have seen it all... This place is something to be marvelled at, and there is certainly no better way to start that than with a Maverick Helicopter flight! Truly spectacular. But aside from the obvious mindblowing beauty, an important part of our decision to select Maverick Helicopters was because of the safety, the professionalism, the friendliness and all round TOTAL CARE that this company provides. They truly do stand head and shoulders above all the competition! So Maverick... when we visit Hawaii in about a year, we will once again be on one of your Helicopters! Thank you for our second incredible experience. Till next time Janet and Martin Forte PS: for anyone doing a flight and you want to take photos... remember to wear black clothing that day!

Everything was perfect

Unbelievable experience… would…

Unbelievable experience… would recommend 100% absolutely flawless

Really exceeded our expectations

Really exceeded our expectations. We did a lot of research on the operators in Las Vegas and chose Maverick of the top 3. And what a good choice it was, everyone was genuinely polite and helpful, everything executed smoothly and the pilot was amazing. Felt shocking as we left, what just happened and how smooth was this?! Two small details if you guys want some honest feedback: 1. Have a coffee bar with a barista, sandwiches etc. You're like an airport hanger and the wait time is a good 40 minutes so why not get some more business by providing that service. 2. The 30 minutes on the ground flew by very quickly and without a "schedule". Maybe a more structured informational review of where we are, what are we looking at etc?

1st Ever Helicopter Ride

We were all worried that it would be a bumpy ride but discovered that the flight was smooth and exciting. Pilot gave us specific instructions and what we might encounter during the flight. Very dedicated and professional. Birthday gift for my son to experience flying in a helicopter. Will recommend to others.
