I had a very disappointing experience with MEX Exchange. My stop-loss was triggered by a sudden price spike that I could not verify on other market charts. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me nothing was wrong without providing any meaningful explanation or detailed trade data. As a trader, I expected transparency. Instead of investigating my concern or sharing the tick-by-tick execution data, they gave a generic response and closed the issue. This has seriously affected my trust in the platform. I would advise traders to be cautious and carefully monitor their trades and executions before using this exchange. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MEX Exchange due to the lack of transparency and poor customer support.

Don't use these scammers, tricked all the users to deposit crypto and USDT with no fees and without any KYC requirements, and suddenly overnight they blocked any withdrawals asking for KYC Check without any warning beforehand! MEXC changes its terms and then blocks withdrawals

I created my MEXC account at a time when the exchange allowed withdrawals without KYC up to a certain limit. That was the key reason I chose the platform. After a year of trading I wanted to withdraw part of my funds, but the withdrawal is blocked and they demand KYC. Support keeps repeating that “there is no other way” and only directs me to complete KYC. MEXC has no problem changing essential parts of its rules, applying them retroactively, and blocking withdrawals. Very unprofessional approach — I do not recommend using this exchange. UPDATE: MEXC responded with a generic template message that completely ignores my specific situation: - I registered when no-KYC was allowed - They changed rules silently without notification - They blocked withdrawals but continued accepting my deposits - They demand KYC including VIDEO verification (biometric data) - I proposed an AML-compliant solution (return to source exchange) - refused without explanation Their response is copy-paste, addressing none of these points. This confirms the bait-and-switch approach.

They advertised as a non-kyc exchange, got people to put their funds on the platform and then with no warning are now freezing withdrawals if you don't kyc. They are CON ARTIST THIEVES!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!

MEXC denied my promotional reward using a condition that was not stated in the campaign rules

I am extremely disappointed with MEXC's handling of its "0-Fee PIX Deposit Fiesta" promotion for Brazilian users. The promotion clearly stated that new users who completed a qualifying PIX deposit of at least 100 USDT equivalent in BRL would receive a 20 USDT cash reward. I completed the required deposit, fulfilled the advertised conditions, and waited for the reward distribution period. However, after the campaign ended, the promised reward was never credited to my account. When I contacted MEXC support, I was told that I was not eligible because I did not keep the deposited funds in my account for at least 24 hours. The problem is that this requirement was never mentioned in the promotion's Terms & Conditions. I carefully reviewed the campaign rules and could not find any clause requiring users to keep their funds deposited for a minimum period. It is unfair for a company to deny a promotional reward based on a condition that was not disclosed to participants before they joined the campaign.

Poor initial support but one agent finally explained everything

I had a very frustrating experience with MEXC regarding a 72-hour withdrawal lock on funds purchased via P2P. At first, I was extremely angry because my funds were blocked. When I tried to withdraw shortly before the timer ended, it seemed like they had restarted the lock. I contacted support and the first agent gave me confusing and incorrect information. They were unable to clearly explain the policy or the reason for the restriction. However, after persisting, I spoke with another support agent who properly investigated my case. He sent the correct updated policy link and clearly explained everything, resolving all my doubts. This agent was professional, patient, and helpful. This shows that MEXC has some good and competent support agents, but unfortunately others provide wrong or incomplete information, which creates a lot of unnecessary stress and distrust. The initial lack of clear communication made the whole situation much worse than it needed to be. I will update this review once I successfully withdraw my funds. Overall, the platform works, but support quality is very inconsistent.

Absolute scumbags, dont use there platform. theres always an issue with "risk controls" or you cant withdraw funds, especially when you make money. They have zero support system aswell, just an ai. DO NOT USE THEM. im KYC verified, used almost 2 years, and again cant withdraw.

My experience with MEXC has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this exchange to anyone. I thought I was the only one experiencing difficulty in making withdrawal until I checked online and I found a whole lot of people having the same issue as me. Even after the whole kyc and identification i am still not able to take my money out which is unfair. My MEXC account has been frozen under AML/KYC review for approximately 3 months despite submitting ID, proof of income and source of funds. I have received no meaningful update for around 1 month and no confirmation that my latest documents were received. I am requesting a clear status update and resolution timeline. stay away from this scam, they allowed me to deposit usdt after marketing themselves as a no kyc exchange, then when you try to withdraw they tell you you have to give them your id, they let you deposit without issue and then decide to steal you money, if it was really about the kyc they wouldnt let you deposit without it, but its about stealing your money, keep in mind i tried to withdraw 2 usdt, coustmer support was terrible and baisiclly told me my only option is to do an apeal, which also requires an id, so whats the point? anyways, its a scam

I used it and was happy with it, but after the introduction of the cumbersome KYC and AML processes, it's no longer the same platform. The "Requests are too frequent" error breaks it finally. It used to get laggy right when opportunities appeared, now it simply doesn't let you trade them at all showing the "Requests are too frequent" error message. Good luck trying to trade with that.
