I received my skirt in 2 weeks, around christmas, which was faster than expected. The skirt was true to size, in the right color and perfect fit. Very elegant, I love it.

I am very satisfied with this shop products and services. Their customer service answers really quick and gives you many details about your order. I ordered three products and I really them all. They are exactly how you see them on their site, the quality is good and the sizes fit if you know how to choose them. They shipped really fast my order and it arrived sooner than I expected. Close to picture, good quality, a fraction of normal price!
Loved how you navigate through their website…such a brisk to shop for a wedding gown here (because you get to see everything and not like choosing from a shop / shops). Quality was good and cutting really close to picture (of course, body shape and undergarments plays a part as well). Also some modification to dress can be done according to request (eg lace up, remove certain design etc). Shipping was standard but just 1-2 days later than expedited so not a problem (instead of waiting 3-4 months for a dress from a shop which eventually also being ordered from somewhere in China). Will definitely order more evening gowns from here in future~

The customer service is good. They are usually quick to respond to me (within 24 hours) and this has been the case for the past 4 orders I have done. The quality is good enough for the price and I enjoy their free shipping promos. I almost missed the last free shipping promo because my browser had a problem but the helpful customer care person managed to place a 'free shipping' order for me even after the deadline had passed!
