I loved my experience with Milanoo. Ive had my eyes on this pair of Valentino's for a long time. Since they were so expensive i looked for a similar pair. Milanoo had them and i received them within a short time. Love the shoes and the quality is great! I even picked up a matching dress:) id recommend!

Milanoo is the best
Hi, decided to shop at Milanoo 8 items for the first time. Knowing this could be risky. I made a mistake, providing the wrong country in the shipping address and Milanoo Team was so helpful to me, they resend my package to United States where it was supposed to be at. The delivering took a little bit longer but I am vey satisfied with the quality of al clothes I bought. Definitely I will shop at Milanoo many times.

I bought four items from Milanoo (mobile suits), the items were amazing and way much better than i thought ( i was quite escapist at first). the packaging is superb and mind blowing shipping time ( 4 days to Norway/Stavanger). customers service were very helpful too. all in all the this site and the purchase get 5 stars in my book.

Not as expected
Received the item in good conditions... but far far too big (despite the measurement I did before ordering...) In addition I expected the cloth to contain lycra... Looks like it is only made of cotton... Last but not least... The modifications I asked and payed for have not been executed ! Very disapointed ! I will give just an other try if I get satisfaction with the company in term of reimbursement.

Disappointed in sizing and return
I was very disappointed in the size description and return policy. I went to the online chat for clarification and was told if I went by the measurements, the garment would fit. It was 3 sizes too big. I then applied for and RMA #. I was given the option for full refund or exchange. I requested an exchange. Their policy states you will be notified within 24 hours. When that did not happen, again I went to the online chat to ask if I would be emailed the RMA # or if I needed to go to my account on their site. Henry was unable to answer my question but did let me know, I would be responsible for the return shipping and there was a 10% restocking fee. I waited another 24 hours and decided I should check my account for the RMA #. It was there. I received a return shipping address. I decided to check out the company I was returning my garment to which has a different name. I discovered the Better Business Bureau has a complaint regarding a return made in May that has still not been reimbursed. I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

Sexy Clubbing shoes.
I placed the order for an amazing pair of high heels. It took around 3-4 days to process my order and more 4 days for the package to reach me.They sent the package through DHL hence it was super fast. They packed the product really well. Now about the product, I was very impressed with the heels I got. The glitter is so sparkly and reflective. Its very comfortable even though the heels are 5 inches tall because it has a 1.5 inch platform. Gorgeous pair of heels. I would highly recommend their shoes and bags section.

Yes ! Good conception and realization, for high quality of tissus. But, one time again, attention to have good size, i should take care to order highest size to be sure the article can be weared.
great costume
I was very happy with this cosplay, but the tie was EXTREMLEY long. It goes all the way below my skirt. Plus the leggings were very loose (I got them fixed with elastic) and they didn't come with the black belt loop thingy around them. Other than that, great costume.
Excellent value for money
This was a great costume. Everything shown in the picture came with it (hat, tie, shirt, pants). The pants were extremely comfortable. If you intend to wear a wig, however, I recommend putting it on after the shirt, as the shirt can only be slipped over the head and will mess the wig.

This is a great cosplay. It arrived a day earlier than I expected and it's in great condition. I ordered a Large and the pants are a bit tight on me. Though that's going to be true for almost any American. This is my first cosplay and I'm happy this was available. In the future I'll remember to order slightly larger. Thank you.
