Training is so glitchy, keeps crashing.
Getting in to buy the course was tough and then I started and had to draw in my verification 4 times. It took me 10 tries to do it.
The course was purchased and I have the receipt to prove proof of purchase however, when I went to complete the course, it was not available. My manager has sent emails requesting help with this matter and no one has responded.
Sent an email after I signed up and received no reply. You can't readily determine your progress in each chapter. System commonly gets hung up where you have to watch things over again. Definitely takes at least 20 hours!

There were first class up till they decided to use offshore customer service that doesn’t honor 1-2 business day response times (45 days). New site to pay for cart shows a breakdown but charges double, and customer service responded with just an option to give away the courses paid to someone else instead of comprehending the call is for a refund being overcharged.
