What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly appreciate the wide selection of sheet music available and find the website extremely easy to navigate for daily practice. People also love the convenient ability to transpose songs into different keys and enjoy discovering accurate arrangements suited for various instruments and skill levels. However, some people mentioned frustrating issues regarding printing limitations and the complete lack of downloadable PDF files with their purchases. Reviewers additionally felt that the individual pricing per print was quite steep and unsatisfactory given the restrictive viewing terms. Consumer feedback showed disappointment when technical printing errors forced them to pay extra amounts.

Couldn't print - terrible customer service
I ordered four pieces of sheet music and rather than providing a downloadable PDF, which is what other sites provide, musicnotes only lets you print from their site for a short period of time. I immediately printed three of the four pieces, but the last piece wouldn't print. I contacted Support and they gave me a ridiculous runaround. I gave up. It's not worth the six bucks to deal with them. Absolutely awful!
Great selection of sheet music
Great selection of sheet music. Lots of levels for different abilities.
Great Selection
I like the great selection, the fair pricing, and the options to transpose.
Very confusing subscription system
Very confusing subscription system. The Pro offer does not clearly state that you only get one song per month unless you pay extra. I felt misled — the way the offer was presented didn’t match what I expected when signing up. Support cancelled my subscription but wouldn’t provide any goodwill credit. For the price they charge, there are far better alternatives.
Fantastic service.
I found the song I wanted, but I preferred a different key. Within a week, at no extra cost, they transposed it perfectly. Fantastic service.
Very underhanded company
Very underhanded company. I have purchased large amounts of music on line and decided to give MusicNotes.com a try. They charge you $5.99 for the sheet music which is fine but you do not get the PDF! That is another charge if you want the PDF. You can only print. They do not tell you this up front. Would not recommend or purchase from here again.
The value of their "official" scores
I especially appreciate Musicnotes "official" scores. They are more expensive, but for valuable good reason: I can trust them to be accurate, easy-to-read, and attractive on the page. Please, keep up the good work!
TERRIBLE interface
TERRIBLE interface. cheap price gouging ass company. first you have to pay PER PRINT. that's right folks, they charge you $5 for 1 print. so let's say it didn't print the first time...well you don't get a second time unless you pay. you DO NOT get the pdf with your purchase take NOTE OF THAT! sheet music com you pay the same amount and get the pdf immediately and can then print unlimited number of times.
For now, amateur opinion
Until now I found almost every piece of music I needed and got notes flexible to my needs.
it`s a great app
it`s a great app almost every song is there and more important, with a lot of transpositions
I've always been able to find any song…
I've always been able to find any song or piece of music i want/need. Most pieces in several keys. Also they have several different arrangements of each piece of music from piano beginner to the original score and everything in between.
I love Musicnotes
I love Musicnotes. I send all of my voice students to your website to buy their music. It is so easy!
Always find what I need
I’ve never had trouble printing from my phone and love this site - always find what I’m looking for!
I've used music notes for over a decade…
I've used music notes for over a decade now, I managed to find a lot of old swing numbers that were not in my fake and busker books, or any of my other books for that matter. Easy site to use, and normally a good range of keys to choose from, along with different layouts for piano, guitar, vocal etc.
Ignored
I used music notes for a year with no issues, but then my subscription renewed and it doesnt acknowledge this on my phone. The company knew this was an issue and although helpful at first, they now ignore my requests for a refund of my subscription that I haven't been able to use for 3 months. I have emailed them on 3 occasions and they dont reply. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. Utterly disgraceful. I just want my money back for something that you know doesnt work.
II Love Musicnotes For Many Reasons
I have used Musicnotes for some time now to purchase jazz vocal music for my musical commitments with two jazz bands. It is easy to order, delivery is instantaneous, and the price is right! I strongly recemmend Musicnotes for any musician needing to obtain sheet music.
Great arrangements
Great arrangements, fully licensed
