I have been trying to deal with my 97 year old father's account and your AI bots are not helpful - all that happens is you end up in a circular set of questions ending up back where you started...very frustrating. So your bot get 1 star, but Tohar who happened to call today about my own account helped on many issues. He gets 5 stars. Lack of access to an account with an expired email, ability to print large trees, amalgamating trees - can't etc. he had the answers.
