I was able to get a refund for an SSL…
I was able to get a refund for an SSL certificate I bought that turns out I didn't need, luckily I have not activated it and it is within 15days grace period. And instantly was I attended to and refund was processed, might I add.

Logo Is Not Acceptable
I don't like the logo created and prefer to create my own. I will not be using this. The logo created is bland & doesn't reflect my business brand at all. Therefore I will not be using this logo service (cancel it).

Forgot to turn off an auto renewal
Forgot to turn off an auto renewal, asked for a refund via the live chat, got it by what seemed like half an AI agent but the task was done by a human? It took a while, it was weirs not knowing if it is a human or AI, but it was a live chat window you keep open in the background. I was happy with the experience, and it wasn't the first time where their support has saved me basically. More companies like this please.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience working as a tutor with Native Camp. One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to meet and speak with students from different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. No two lessons are ever exactly the same, and I’ve had some genuinely interesting and meaningful conversations along the way. The platform gives me the flexibility to teach around my own schedule, while also allowing me to develop my skills as an English teacher. I’ve been able to teach everything from grammar and pronunciation to reading, daily news, and free conversation. It’s also rewarding to see regular students return and watch their confidence and English improve over time. For me, Native Camp has been more than simply an online teaching job. It has given me valuable teaching experience, introduced me to some wonderful people, and allowed me to learn about other cultures while helping students improve their English. Overall, it has been a very rewarding experience and an important part of my own journey as an English teacher.
