What is this company - Netspend doing well is exuding customer service to the max. That's a great thing! I keep suggesting that you issue a "chip" card. These recommendations for some reason have not been implemented. It's funny. Once, I needed a new card, and I ACTUALLY received a NetSpend CHIP card. Soon after that, my wallet was stolen in Bandon, Oregon. The new card I received was back to being NOT a CHIP card??? The only other thing is that it is difficult and expensive to make deposits or withdrawals to or from my account. The only thing that I use are dirrect deposit, ACH transactions and online transactions. Thank you, Craig Danelz

Netspend is the best thing to happen since banks! There are no large fees, it isn't stressful to transfer money, and I love being able to get paid two days early!

It's so annoying when you have to repeat everything more than once when you call them and you're on the phone for close to half hour to an hour and then they hang up on you that is annoying and then they tell you one thing and it's not even that

I like the fact that I can use the card like a normal debit card with pretty simple Loading . I do wish I could load it myself at these locations

Netspend...It is not what went wrong this time, it is what goes wrong every time. I have had many disappointing experiences calling in for assistance, and forget trying to get help by using the secure mailbox system. Your Representatives are rude, most with the knowledge they are free to do so because if a complaint is made, no one will do anything.
