Horrible experience!! I had to Oder the mounts separately which is not a problem. However I ordered them on 3/3 and they still haven’t come even after I was told they were expected at the warehouse last week. Canceled today as I just need to be told the truth on expected delivery. I wasted almost an entire month waiting.

I have ordered products from here for over a decade and have had very few issues. My last order was for a double din receiver for my God daughters first car. Only issue I had was the harness wasn't in stock. Dashkit, antenna adapter. Fit perfectly. Delivery was prompt. When looking for any mobile audio equipment this has always been my first stop.

Worst return process ever. Still waiting for my refund. I've called everyday and was promised it the next day almost everytime. Even got a personal email from someone there reassuring the refund. Who knows when I'll get it back. Been 3 weeks now.

Purchased an open box Alpine Type S 10" subwoofer enclosure. When I went to hook it up it didn't work . So obviously they sell merchandise that's Blown and Doesn't work. That says they do a Poor job checking their merchandise before selling it . So I sent it back and Purchased another one , (Brand New) You think they would have at least offered me a Discount !?!?! But never offered me any Discount for the HUGE inconvenience. Poor Businesses buy not checking what they sell before sending out and Poor Customer Service by not offering me any Discount at all !!!!!! Will never buy anything from you Again !!!!!

i received the product damaged and i’ve tried getting ahold of them for 2 weeks before they even did anything about it. i have finally sent it back to them and still yet another 2-3 weeks with no response on my refund or anything. definitely don’t recommend buying shit online, especially with how delivery drivers handle people’s orders!!

The kenwood brand is up there in quality as well as design and I love the inline crossover design, instead of a of a box for the crossover!
The components that I bought are cheaper price then where I live plus free shipping!
In the past when I've had any issues I call and they fix it right then and there. I appreciate there business! btw the components rock even with only 50 rms but 200 watts are great setup's if you can run them right and setting's.
