I have bought several pairs of shoes from Onlymaker and their products are very good. However, back in September I purchased three pairs of shoes from them. I still haven’t received them. They are now using a courier company called SpeedX who have a dreadful reputation. I contacted Onlymaker for assistance for which I received very little assistance. I love their shoes but I won’t pay for fresh air. I’m not going to buy anything else from Onlymaker.

I orderd a pair of heels for my lady and a after the order was placed, i realized the heel height was to tall for her to be able to walk in. Customer service cancelled the order and refunded the purchase price with no issues.
3 months ago I ordered gladiator heels in size 40, which were way too big, they looked like a size 41/42. It took weeks or even longer than a month for them to arrive. I asked if I could exchange them for a size 39, which I had to do after sending a photo and barcode by email. I had to pay my own return costs, then I waited another month for a size 39, and yes, they were also too big. I immediately asked for a size 38 and said that I was very sorry that it had to go this way. If it was all too difficult, I would rather have my money back. They told me that the delivery guarantee was over, and I did. Huh? They immediately stopped contacting me. Now I'm stuck with heels that are way too big for what cost me $80 plus return costs, €15. I waited months for a purchase that doesn't fit. Poor customer service and delivery, so think carefully before ordering from them.
