My problem isn't with customer service, it's with the shoes. I purchased 2 pairs of flip flops after injuring my foot because of the arch and the softness of the shoes. They are soft and the arch is great but they make my body hurt from my hips to my feet. Worse pain ever. I thought it would get better with time but it did not. Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that I paid $59.95 for each pair and I can't even wear them.
Customer service gone down hill. They used to go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I think they are hurting for business. In the end I will no longer support this company, or brand for the way OOFOS customer service treated me.
I have had foot/arch/heal pain for 5 months and these are the ONLY shoes that have relieved the pain!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So comfortable all day! I even wear them when I walk a few miles each day! I absolutely love these sandals! They are so sturdy too!
I placed my order on July 21, 2025. It is now August 11 and I have not received my order. I contacted customer service twice by email before ever getting a response. The response was to send me a tracking number that shows the package was never delivered, and advised me to follow up with USPS myself to track down the package. I responded again requesting a refund of my money, and advising them to track down the shoes themselves if they want to do that. I finally googled to get a customer service phone number - impossible to find on the website- and placed a call. I was eventually able to get a refund. It took a lot of time and inconvenience. I will not ever shop with Oofos, to me it seems like very poor customer service and maybe even some kind of scam.
Bought Men's OOahh Sport Flex Slide Sandals for £80.00 - used them on a couple of holidays and walking around locally when the weather was warm enough. The soles are soft and comfy to walk on however the heal on one slider caved in after 2 months. This is not surprising given the squishy material although you would have thought it would be more durable. Customer service are saying this is not covered by their 6 month warranty. So an £80 pair of sliders that last 2 months is basically worthless. And not even offering replacements is disgusting. I would never buy from this brand again as their products are clearly not fit for the intended use.
while completing an on line purchase using pay pal before I could even choose the shipping method I got a notice from Cap One Bank they had put a pending charge of $299 on the card- which means when I complete the transaction there will be another charge!!...and even if I decided not to buy the pending now remains for a week or more!!...this is total crap ...they claim it's normal I'm in the biz this is NOT normal in retail...There is one transaction and it is either approved or denied....I smell a rat
I have been wearing Oofos flip flops and clogs since 2015. When I first put them on, I felt like I was walking on Hostess Snowballs or marshmallows. Some may prefer to say like walking on clouds but that is just vapor-ware like any other shoe. Over the years, the natural cushioning on the bottom of my heals and the ball of my feet has disappeared. For most of my life, I’ve been plagued by having a high arch in a world of flat, un-cushioned shoe sole interiors. I still have my original pair of Oofos clogs. That’s where the problem begins. My first clogs had a higher arch and were softer than my second 2 pair purchased about 3 years later. And YES, they last a long time with continuous wear. I had purchased a black clog for every day and a leopard pair for dress up, grrrrrrr. In addition, I purchased 2 pair of flip flops in the same colors. It was then that I started advocating for Oofos. Both of my sisters and several friends started wearing them and giving them as gifts. The rubbery Oofos were so much more comfortable than Birkenstocks and other plastic shoes. This year, I decided that I HAD TO HAVE Oofos in beige. When they arrived, my feet eagerly jumped into them expecting to land on the marshmallows that they were accustomed to. Sadly, Oofos has been changing the ingredients in their shoes. My Beiges still have excellent arch support. However, they are more plastic and about as comfortable as any other shoe in the therapeutic & comfortable category. WHY did Oofos mess with their success? Sadly, I no longer recommend them and will try their competitors shoes. Please! Put the Oooo back into your shoes!
Do not buy. I purchased 3 sandals 6 weeks ago through a face book add and I have not yet received my merchandise. I have sent the company 2 e mails and I have not gotten a response.
Spent £125 on a pair of trainers there uncomfortable the size I got which is 9 to small they lean to 1 side totally not very good
Having read other reviews so many concur with mine: 1) You WILL ROLL YOUR ANKLE. 2) Customer service is a disgrace. They hung up on us after I suffered a horrific injury and have ghosted us since. This despite asking me to get a doctor’s report for a compensation claim. When I did as asked, they went silent and stopped replying to emails. When we called they simply hung up! This is cheap Chinese rubbish and an accident waiting to happen. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Scam! Don't spend your money here - it’s a waste. The site looks real - and the order confirmation is quickly in your inbox - the payment is also transacted immediately. BUT... the sandals are not shipped.... emails to customer service are not answered and the only phone number for customer service is not answered. As happy as I am with the sandals I have bought elsewhere, I would not recommend shopping with Oofos, it’s got to be a scam! Update: The morning following this review I received notification that my money is being returned. Thank you for that.
I bought oofos sandals at the recommendation of my podiatrist. At first they were nice but after they got wet my foot slid off the sides causing me to fall. After wearing them strictly for swimming sandals the second year the toe post broke. For $69 I expected better than that. I could have bought a pair of $5 or $10 flip flops at the dollar store and gotten the same wear and result. Don’t waste your money!!! These are junk!!!
There is no way to contact customer service by phone and it takes them several days to respond to emails. I had entered the address I wanted the shoes shipped to and pressed the continue button. It went directly to the sold window with an old address. I immediately tried to contact them to no avail. After 2 days they emailed me saying they couldn't do anything about it. Only the sender can change an address on a package, but I went online with FedEx to have it held at a FedEx holding station. It said it made the change, but the next day I received a text saying it was being delivered to another city. I went online again and again it said that the address change was complete. Again I received an email that it was going to another city. This time I phone customer service at FedEx and she said she made the address change. Yet again I received notice that it was going to the wrong city. This time when I phone FedEx I demanded to speak to a supervisor. After a long hold, I spoke to someone who seems like they will correct the situation. I'm yet to find out.
DO NOT GET OOFOS WET ! Unless you want to hurt yourself! They should have a disclaimer! One step and I almost wiped out in the middle of the road. Luckily I knew they might not be great when wet so I was able to catch myself but the sandal broke!
The absolute worst customer service!!! Ordered May 28, still in the same place. I was notified my order shipped, still in the same place. Called 3 times, the call ends after waiting 10 mins. 4 emails, get "bot" responses, telling me I will get a customer service email soon, never happens!! I don't even know if I will get my order, and not able to talk to anyone about it!!
Customer service is awful! They do not respond to emails or calls. It's such an easy thing to fix, but they don't. They use ZenDezk, which looks up the calls for them to respond to.
Just like others mention, chemical smell that won't go away on the flip flops I just ordered and feet stick to them so what is on/in them?? Also customer service is almost non existent, showing even more on the view this company has toward its customers despite charging an exorbitant price for plastic footwear. Never going to buy anything from this company again!!
I have worn oofos for years and I have owned at least 10 pairs they used to be the most comfortable shoes every but I cannot get over the latest par of the wedged ones the first pair split at the toe post after only a few months and after contacting customer services they replaced them. As I said I have various pairs and alternate wearing them so they don't wear down easily however again the toe post snapped. Contacted customer service and they only give a years guarantee. I will be not be buying oofos again as the quality is no longer to my satisfaction.
I love these shoes (Ooh Lala Thongs) and have ordered & worn them for years. I just recently bought another pair (May 2025) and was so happy when I got them. The look, the comfort but then I smelled the MOST HORRIBLE SMELL from them, like a poisonous chemical. It rained where I am for the past 3 days & I kept them outside on my patio. When I brought them in & dried them, they still have this noxious chemical odor. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this product now. There is no way, in good concious that I can wear these feeling like my body will be absorbing poison in doing so. I called customer service & got this trained automaton who kept telling me that nothing in their manufacturing process has changed but if that's so, then why did the 8, 10, 12 pairs I've bought in the past (for myself & others) why don't those smell like poinson chemicals & these do? Shame on you Oophos. You're going to hurt your business because you're hurting your customers!
Ok I have ordered from oofos three times. First time was great. Second time I sent the pair I ordered back because, the uppers were terrible. Third time I ordered the same type I got the first time. It's the pink soft Terry cloth like upper. Looks like house slippers. What I think is the green sole is the best part of these shoes. The uppers are not so great. I need support for my feet so I dont order the flip flop types. I just wish they would make better upper material for their closed in shoes. So this latest pair was on sale and the right shoe was messed up because, the toe part of the shoe is messed up. The border runs on top of the toe cutting the size down to the point that my toes are crushed up. Anyway I wrote a review about it and they emailed me and sent me a full refund and told me to keep the shoes. So while I'm pleased they made it right I'm now unsure about ordering any more. I wish they would put more thought into better upper materials on the closed shoes they sell. The sole is the very best. It's so good I removed the soles from the mistake pair and put them in my Sketchers. Now my tennis shoes are so comfortable with better support for my feet. Love the green sole.
