I washed them in a front loader and one slider shrunk I can no longer wear the sliders because one slider doesn’t fit anymore. I bought them off Amazon and they are willing to do anything for me

Best flip flops ever. Took three years to wear out my first pair. SHIPPING TAKES FOREVER. BUY IN STORE.
I suffer with plantar fasciitis, really helped using and giving my feet some respite after exercise. I have had to replace a pair I had purchased but the customer care team were great, quick to respond and have reordered my replacement. . . . Will certainly use Oofos again
Unable to get through to customer service. Recorded message says no one available then hangs up, Tried repeatedly to call with no luck. Unacceptable! Go elsewhere.
These sandals activated my sciatica, yes they are very comfortable however I believe they offset your balance.
Sixzing is way off AND navigating the return is agrivating. I loved ofoos. I don't love their customer service.
Beware when buying the Oofos OOmega platform flip flop sandal, because the exact same size but in a different colour is actually different in size ! Case in point: my black ones in size W8 are the absolute perfect fit for me; I have arthritis in my knees and they are THE most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned, EXACTLY like walking on clouds - and also miraculously alleviating my knee pain !! I was so thrilled with them that a few weeks later I purchased a second pair, but because the black version in my size was completely sold out everywhere, I purchased the same size, W8, in the neutral "nomad" colour - BUT they're a whole centimetre shorter !! Moral: my heels sit just flush to the back edge, therefore not properly supported, and consequently, after walking in them for only an hour they caused me severe pain both to the back of my ankles and to the back of my upper thighs !! And I don't think I'll be able to return them (I've not yet investigated this possibility) because as I never imagined that something like this could happen, I stupidly threw out all the packaging before trying them on... So I'm not just merely disappointed, I'm actually really furious about this...!
I just bought my sandals last summer, and when I went to wear them this summer they broke. I live in Minnesota so this means they only lasted about three months. For the price that's very disappointing.
My second pair! For me, super comfortable and when I travel and have to walk a lot, these are IT! Read reviews about slippery when wet. Thanks for the heads up! I have other shoes for rainy days; compared to the comfort, it’s not a big deal for me. Get yourself some OOFOS!
Yes, they are very comfortable. However, they are slippery and not very sturdy when wet. Also, mine broke at the toe bar after less than 6 months of wear. There are other better supportive sandals on the market that are more durable and you don't have to toss in the garbage after a short period of time.
My realtor told me that she had plantar fasciitis. I told her I did too. She told me hers was so excruciating that she could barely walk some days and I told her mine was the same had been for years. We both talked about how much money we had spent on various things to get relief and no relief. My foot doctor had my feet molded and they made me a special pair of insoles that I had to pay out-of-pocket $350 and they did nothing. My realtor told me that she bought OOFOS and that it changed her life. She said it made the pain go away. I listened to what she said, but to be honest with you, I was very skeptical. I had spent so much money over the years and got zero relief. I have been dealing with this for years and years and years, and it had finally gotten to the point where it was debilitating. I went online and looked at them and decided not to order them. She said there was a place in my hometown that sells them. She encouraged me to go over and at least try a pair on. I was out today with my husband and we just happened to be over in that area and I seen the store she was talking about so we went inside. I tried on a pair of the slip ons. All I can say is I am still six hours later, thinking that I’m in the twilight zone. Soon as I put those shoes on my pain went away. Instantly!!!!! I thought to myself, this has to be a trick. The pain is going to come back in a fury. I’ve now had the shoes on for almost 6 hours and no pain. On top of that the pain that was radiating up into my shins with a burning sensation is gone. Also, I had a failed knee replacement which caused nerve damage and I limp all the time. My limping is not as bad and my hip pain is not as bad. All this happened within the past 5 to 6 hours. I’ve been praising God because I’m still just sitting here trying to comprehend that I’m not feeling pain. I seriously want to cry out of joy. I will definitely be telling anyone that I come in contact with that has this problem and especially plantar fasciitis about the shoes. Thank you so much for inventing these. And thank God for leading me to them. And thank God for my realtor telling me about them. I pray that everyone has as awesome of an experience as I did.
Non-responsive customer service. Surgeon requested I get these shoes to start working my way out of a walking cast. Shoes were shipped 6/17/2024. A week later I checked on delivery. They had been missent according to DHL and had been sitting in Castle Rock CO for a week. Tried email, twice, and phone. Still no contact from Oofos. The shoes have now been bouncing back and forth between MT and CO. Sure would love to get out of this cast.
My wife loves the shoe and to be honest the company makes a very comfortable shoe. I ordered some new ones for my wife for her birthday. I looked a an old pai of hers to get the size and placed the order. Upon completing the order, I realized I had looked at the men's size and not the women's size and ordered the wrong size, I went to the chat screen and started talking to says a "person" but more likely a robot. I explained the situation and just said I needed to change the size. Was told they could not do anything because they get everything out the door so fast "5 - 10 days delivery" and that I could return them when they arrive to exchange. I advised that I just put the order in and then was given a 1-800 number so they could explain the retune policy. Great shoe bur poor customer service. The order hadn't even made it to Wearhouse yet.
I want to start by saying I LOVE my Oofos. They have been a crucial component in helping my feet recover from plantars fasciitis. That being said, can you work on how slippery the flip flops are when they get wet? I was wearing them last July when an unexpected rain shower past through. I literally almost broke my neck walking in my new flip flops. I was slipping and sliding so much that my foot slid through the side and I tore them. I had to take them off and walk barefoot which is exactly what my podiatrist said I shouldn't do. This year I got a pair of slides to see if those were better. No, still slippery when wet. I still wear them but I have to carry a back up pair of shoes everywhere I go. Please help!!!!!!
I usually love Oofos. In fact I have five pair of slides, one sport, two cozies, four shoes, and two boots. When I first got the slides, they were comfortable but as time went on they caused toe issues and sore places on the outside of my foot. None of the other styles are a problem. One pair broke at the top. Oofos said they were at “end of life” but offered to send me another pair. No comment about the foot issues. I declined the new pair. So now I still have four pair of slides I can’t wear. I’ve purchased many styles from them but I’m done with them now.
I loved these sandals the first day. The second day the blisters came in and I cannot wear them anymore. They weee exactly my size so should have been fine but boy do they hurt now! Wasted my money
Not only are these my most comfortable shoes (I'm a wide footed conessieur), but they have amazing customer service. Unmatched.
80% of my footwear is Oofos but I have found after buying 3 pairs that the high platform sandals called Oomega break quite easily if you trip. So avoid the high platforms is all I can say!
I accidentally clicked the wrong delivery address when ordering shoes and realized it right away when I got the confirmation. I called within minutes of placing the order, but they refused to correct the problem. I then asked them to just cancel that order and I would re-order, and they refused to do that too. So my $188.00 shoes are being delivered to people I don't know living at my old address in another state, and I cannot stop or redirect them. Updated. They did agree to resend or refund the shoes a couple of weeks later.
The worse customer service. I ordered three pairs of sandals and have not received them in over 14 days. Called customer service and they said wait another three days to receive. What?? Are they coming from another country?? Done with their shoes!
