I bought oofos slides due to having leg surgery and they are great I can walk in them with no pain. I did not buy them from Amazon due there are a lot of fakes out there I bought them from a reputable store that only sells from oofos direct
I ordered my first pair of size W8 oofos from Amazon, really liked them as I have severe plantar fasciitis. I ordered the same thing sandal from the Oofos website because they were on sale, size W8, and very disappointed that the length of the sandal is shorter. I am going to keep them because technically they fit, and the lower price; however, I am not a fan of my heel being right at the end of the shoe.
Overall, I like the Oofos and how they feel on my feet. I bought three pairs and when walking on an even surface they are fine. However, I find that when I am walking on a downward slope, or uneven surface, my heel slides out of the sandal and my ankle torques. This has not been a one time thing so I can only wear them when I am sure I will be walking on an even surface. Otherwise, I have to bring back up shoes.
4th pair I returned. These are not the same as the first 15 pairs I owned. Used to love them. Now quality and fit has changed. It is a shame how successful companies think they need to improve on a good product. They branch out and forget what brought customers in the first place. They are making smaller sizes for women and extremely boring colors anymore. Bring back the old shoes.
I have been wearing oofos for about four yrs. I bought a new pair about two months ago and noticed the difference right away so I took them back and they exchanged them and got me a different pair. But still the other pair didn't have the same arch support so I have to go and look for something different cause they are making my feet hurt.
Comfortable yes , but I’ve nearly sprained my ankle walking in them . My foot nearly twists a lot walking . Now the pair I bought on Amazon says Oofas but from China ? Not sure if authentic
Im on my feet alot with work I thought I'd give these a shot after looking into. Them however for the price I don't think they are worth it.. My feet keep sliding in the shoes with and without socks to wear I'm walking on the outside of my foot never had this issue before.. I definitely feel like I wasted money on these
I bought slides 10 years ago and to this day I have no complaints. Amazing shoes, they've held up super well in rain and snow and wading through rivers and all kinds of things life throws at you. I could not give a higher recommendation for these oofos slides. 10/10 by far.
Delivery was fast and returns were free and easy. It's just a disappointment I had to return them at all. I ordered the lace up trainers in a size larger than i usually take as recommended. However these were not lace up trainers but slip on. The laces were more decorative. I have very high arches so could not get the shoe on as the opening was too small.
Their sandals (flipflops) were comfortable but very UNSAFE when they got wet, even sweat would cause my foot to slide out the side of the shoe, even on level ground. I almost sprained my ankle a couple of times but I kept wearing them when I should have thrown them away. Eventually my foot slipped out against a rock and RIPPED my toenail right off! Blood everywhere! I reached out to the company, explained what happened and asked for a discount on a different style of shoe but no one ever answered me :(
I am writing this review to warn others if you have been a fan OOFOS sandals in the past they are no longer like they used to be. Both my husband and me have been wearing them for several years and have happily recommend them to others because of how extremely comfortable they were. Unfortunately, OOFOS has changed something. I am of the opinion it has something to do with their proprietary OOfoam material they are now using in their manufacturing. Since I had some old pairs of both mine and my husbands, I was able to compare the material and it is different. In my albeit unscientific comparison the newer one felt like I was wearing a pair of rocks instead of the wonderful cloud-like cushioning of the past. I had hoped this new pair was an anomaly, so I contacted the OOFOS company. The person who answered my email inquiry stated “nothing had changed” and advised: “we would suggest wearing our shoes for shorter amounts of time for 1-2 weeks to allow yourself to adjust to your new footwear. If you find that you have any worsening discomfort, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution!”. Obviously, I was very disappointed with their response. If I am going to spend $60.00+ for a pair of sandals I am not looking for ones that need a quote: “break-in period” especially since in the past that was never required. You could wear them straight out of the bag all day long! It turns out I am not alone with this disappointment, there are others (customers on Amazon, Zappos, etc.) who are just as unhappy as I am and have also posted their displeasure with this newer version. All I can do now is I hope to save others from this aggravation. Maybe even encourage you to contact OOFOS too. Hope springs eternal that they will go back to the original foam material formula if they hear from enough customers. Bottom line: I am truly sad because my feet will truly miss these awesome sandals!
The product itself is great. I already have two pairs of their sandals and just purchased a pair of shoes. Shipping related. I ordered a pair of shoes and used Apple Pay. I double clicked to pay but wasn’t shown any shipping options before I double clicked. It said 5-10 BD. I wanted 1 day. I tried chat and calling. They stated no adjustments to any order. Once you click that button you’re out of luck. I offered to pay more for the adjustment. Nope. I offered to cancel and reorder. Nope. I would have to wait 5-10 business days then return them?! What? Why would I? It’s nuts. So buyer beware. No cancellations of orders. No adjustments. It is what it is. Kinda sucks to because there $150 shoes. Customer care is dead.
Im really disappointed with my OOFOS. They are certainly comfortable, but after 6 months the rubber that goes between the toes just broke- I'm 64, I wasnt mistreating them and when I contacted the company they said they were out of warranty and most people get new ones every six months or so anywaySeriously? $90 every six months for mass produced thongs? Obviously the quality isn't there if that is as long as they are expected to last. Very disappointed
I loved my OOFOS for about a month and then it seemed like the straps stretched and I could hardly keep them on. I was constantly in fear of falling so I put them in the back of the closet.
Was an existing customer for years and the product was stellar. This year I made another purchase and the materials and sizing has changed and it’s made in China yet the price is exorbitant. The quality of the shoe is no better than you can get from any inexpensive retailer. So shop there. And somebody needs to tell this company that no amount of advertising and new products can take the place of quality products. You used to be. Not anymore. Skip this product at this price. It’s worth about $25 max.
I wear orthotics in my shoes & for the first time in a long while I can wear sandels on the beach, again without my feet being in pain. Your products are the best. Thanks OOFOS!
I love their flip flops and slides! I have 4 pair, bought my boyfriend 2 pair, and made my uncle and aunt buy some when they visited! However, I just ordered a pair of sneakers for work, and they are entirely TOO SMALL! I read the reviews and sized up, but it wasn’t enough. Now that I’m online trying to return them, it’s not giving me the full cost I paid back. The taxes are cheaper than what I paid. I also paid for expedited shipping, and I knew I wasn’t going to get that back, but if I return them for a larger size, I think the least they could do is process and ship them faster than 5-10 business days! I can’t wait that long. I’m definitely about to give Hoka a try this time around, and just stick with the flip flops I have. I don’t want to pay $48 for shipping AND lose some of the money I paid for taxes.

Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.

Although my husband loves them the sole marked our rugs. Had to have carpets cleaned.
