I love my Oofos tennis shoes but sure…

I love my Oofos tennis shoes but sure wish they’d use a different insole my feet stick to the kind they use and I have to buy differently inserts to put in them .

A Waste of Money They wear out in 4 months …

The flip flops wear out in less than 4 months for $60 totally unacceptable. I will be using HOKA flip flops they even look more durable I will not purchase them again.

The best thing since slice bread

Where to begin.... these shoes are a game changer. I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis since November 2023. The pain I was have was unbearable! I was put on 2 rounds of a steroid and put in a boot. Once I was able to walk normally again, I purchased a pair of Oofos, and omg was my mind blown! My arch has started to developed in both feet; which I never had before. I cant wait to purchase some OOFO sandals for the summer!! I will always support this company and their brand! I'm thankful for being able to walk without pain!!

Worst shoes ever

Worst shoes ever. I will never buy them again my feet hurt more then ever. Went to my foot doctor and he was very made at me gor buying them he ordered me to trough them out

Life Changing!

Quite honestly, OOFOS changed my entire perspective on recovery. As a daily distance runner, I experienced notable changes to my recovery after wearing OOFOS after my long runs. I wear OOFOS slides or slippers about 90% of my waking day, everyday. Life changing!!!!

The shoe: Not the right fit for me at all

Sadly, after attempting two different sizes I’ve realized the OOFOS shoes are not for me. Mind you I have the flip flops, and am AMAZED at the comfort so much that I have purchased for others as gifts. I have tried the shoes, but no luck. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 8 in dress shoes/heels and with athletic shoes I’m a consistent 8 1/2 - 9 depending on brand. The sizing with the OOFOS shoes just do NOT suit me, my last attempt was with a 9, and where my largest foot’s big toe is so incredibly uncomfortable right now! My other foot feels great, with ample structure and room, a size up would be too large. This being the case, I am returning 3 pair

Not worth it

For as much money as they charge, you would THINK they'd come in half sizes! They are comfortable but fugly. I'll keep what I have but won't buy any more.

These oofos are like a hug for your feet, the mule slippers I just received are so comfy. Feels like a hug for your feet, even when you have your feet up!! Worth the price!

Free returns and exchanges work great

OOFOS offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

Positive constructive feedback

Positive about Oosfo is fast and efficient return/refund; so impressed👍 Negative are taking too long even past 10 business days to ship ( blame on bad weather; however, the order fulfilled not in sequential. Still waiting for 1/14 order while 1/20 order already shipped) no cancellation allowing after order placed including change the shipping address even called customer service wouldn’t helped. Size/fit is odd like different fit on the same size, either too long, too short, too narrow, too wide. Rarely having this issue with other brand . My size is 5 M Customer service is professional and friendly manner. They need to improve on cancellation policy /reduce shipping time/ quality control on products or they will loose customer interests.

Oofos dye colors stained my feet

I purchased blue Oofos men's slides. Wearing this on vacation this week my feet turned blue (smurf feet) from the dye in the slide. When I contacted customer service, I was told that "....color transfer is if the feet have any type of lotions, soaps, sunscreen, or sometimes strong chlorine on them...."was/is a known product issue. When I followed up to see why this known product defect is NOT included in the product details.....Oofos Customer Service no longer responds. I guess knowing vs communicating the products "real performance" is why we have a "buyer beware" notice. Beware of what you use on your feet when wearing Oofos products. Signed Smurf Feet in Texas

I bou pair of clogs advertised on…

I bought a pair of clogs advertised on sale from an ad that kept showing up on Facebook. I never received the shoes. After several weeks I began to read reviews from people here, many of whom also were left having paid good $ but never receiving shoes. I wish I had known. There are scam sites, I believe from China, advertising Oofos at great sale prices. The sites appear totally legitimate. But if you do not receive the shoes you paid for and contact Oofos, they are consistently unhelpful. The whole experience left me wanting nothing to do with this company, and I hope this saves someone else from losing $ like I did.

BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a pair of sandals online that ended up giving me extreme pain due to my metatarsalgia. I contacted Oofos for a return label and was advised they would not cover the return shipping. I returned them at a cost of $23.97CAN. They in turn refunded me but did not include their shipping costs of $15.75. Essentially, it cost me $39.72 to try on a pair of shoes! Do not shop online at Oofos.ca. UPDATE: After writing another complaint, I have just received a refund of $15.75 presumably to cover their shipping costs so it now only cost me $23.97 to try the shoes on. It’s an improvement but still not worth the risk. My position remains unchanged. Baby steps.

I love mine

I love mine. I had a stroke in November at the age of 52 and this "shoe" feels the best at my rehab PT sessions.

It seems I am not the only one with this issue.On 12/29 I ordered a pair of shoes from OOFOS. When the order went through I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I immediately sent an email requesting to cancel the order. My exact request: Good morning, I placed the above order with the wrong shipping address. Can you please cancel that order. I have reordered with the correct shipping address. Then I reordered the shoes for the correct address. All of this occurred before 6 a.m. At 08:38 am I received an email from Marci at customer support that it was not possible to change the shipping address. Which is not what I asked to happen. I was then told to contact the shipping company to maybe be able to change the address. The shoes were not shipped from the manufacturer until 15 hours later. Which means Marci had more than enough time to call and cancel the order. Note the pair of shoes I ordered for the correct address were shipped by 10 am. I now have a pair of shoes going to a company in a different state. All in all very poor customer service. You may have a great shoe but you need better customer service.

My order for women's slippers as a Christmas gift for my Wife were sent somehow to the wrong address and USPS said they were returned to sender. They don't have anymore in stock so my only option is to get a refund and scramble for an alternative. Same thing happened with my shoes. I don't understand what their issue is or if it is USPS, why they ship through them but if you can't find them in a store (or think they are overpriced) go a different way. Their Customer service is garbage.
