Really easy to deal with at every stage. Ordering online was simple, and the book arrived promptly.
Customer service needs to be improved
I had to wait a long for a reimbursement, and at the end of the day they gave me the refund of the cheapest book (not of the actual agreed product). Any time I wrote to ask explanations, they replied with the same standard answer (they did not even read my request). However, after a long series of email, they finally completed my request in a satisfactory manner. it would have be done earlier.
