Amazon reported package delivered to locker at property. Parcel pending shows no packages against my account and when contacted said I should contact my property manager. Property manager said can’t help me. Result is I can’t get my delivered package.

Overall using the parcel pending apps and attempting to reach out to someone to get help was difficult. Once I was connected with my representative, Erika Ramirez-Flores, everything was easy.
