Got what I wanted and got it fast. Customer service is very good.
Phenomenal customer service
Phenomenal customer service. Only issue was a technical glitch that caused my order not to show up on their end, so one of the parts ended up being out of stock before it was fulfilled. They worked with me to change it and shipped right away.

Being a Karen
I just feel like the whole rush charge shouldn't be a thing if my stuff isn't gonna get boxed up until after the holiday anyway. I know its super cheap and im kinda nitpicking but I feel how I feel. You guys are super amazing though
Great over all service. Thank you PPC’s
Always quick to fill and ship. My orders always arrive within a couple of days even being on the other side of the U.S.
Great place to buy PC parts
Ships from the USA, was able to get an elusive threadripper waterblock fast with US based shipping, doesn’t come from China.
The only place to buy PC cooling…
The only place to buy PC cooling accessories. Without question!!! I do not get discounts from any companies and I buy a LOT of pc parts online so I have no problem shopping around! PPCS has the Fastest shipping, enormous selection, and best pricing online when it comes to building a loop. The site is easy to navigate and subcategories actually make sense. That makes searching seamless, which I cannot say about many other similar companies. I’ve made a bunch of purchases at this point from my first custom loop to now doing it on the side for others and ordering much more frequently. I have yet to have a negative experience. PPCS will continue to get business for all of my cooling needs!

Excellent customer service. Wide variety of parts. Although the website is glitchy the service and stock is impressive in today's market.

Exceptional Customer Service – Above and Beyond!
I recently had a delayed order due to some items being out of stock, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. Amanda was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—she followed up consistently, kept me informed, and went out of her way to assist me in updating the order with equivalent items when possible. I honestly didn’t expect this kind of care and attention, especially from an online store. Because of Amanda’s outstanding support, Performance PCs has earned my trust and will absolutely be one of my go-to places whenever I need PC components. Thank you for setting the bar high!
