Did not get the necklace /pendant that…
Did not get the necklace /pendant that I was promised when I ordered my ring. Design on side of ring small, circular areas not open. Anticipated mounting to be taller/higher and areas open as my ring that the design was from is. Will send photo if requested.

One on one customer service! The price was excellent and a beutiful peice that my wife loves. This was my third purchase and won't be the last.
Hero Once Again!
Since my wife lost her original wedding band, I had the choice once again to choose another perfect ring. I decided to order an upgraded ring with more/larger sized diamonds and sapphires. Once again the quality and craftsmanship made me a hero! Thanks again for an awesome product at an affordable price. She was especially impressed by the upgraded illuminated box it came it!
Perfect
I shopped this ring through several sources and decided to try PrimeStyle since I could return if I was unhappy. It took a few weeks but when I received my ring, I was super pleased with the design and sparkle of my ring. It fits perfectly and I just love to look at it all the time!!!

Great product
Problem order, but Primestyle offered to fix
order 118415 - called customer service before buying a $4300 diamond bracelet to find out bracelet width - which was my most important purchase criteria, but not included on the sale ad. Was told it was about 4mm wide. When received, it was 2mm wide. Had to pay $100 to send it back. Received a full refund, except cost to return. Owner called, and offered to remake the entire bracelet, even if it cost more to make it. Very generous offer.

Gorgeous Earrings!
Everything we have ever purchased from PrimeStyle is nothing less than perfect. The quality always exceeds my expectations, which can definitely be worrisome buying site unseen. The earrings I bought this time were absolutely stunning and the lighted box they came in just adds icing on top of the incredible cake.

Great shinny diamond earrings
