Excellent in every way

Very happy with our youth bike from Priority. Customer service was responsive when I reached out with a question. The bike is solid, well made and seems like it will hold up well. It was easy to assemble and our son really enjoys riding it. Good ergonomics, easy for him to ride and shift and we haven't had any problems with it. Our boys are on their bikes daily- gravel, hills, concrete and all over the place on them. We had to buy this bike because our oldest's outgrown bike (same price point, different brand) was falling apart and not able to be passed down. This bike is much higher quality and will be able to be passed down. Very pleased

I've purchased several Priority bikes

I've purchased several Priority bikes, and have been very pleased with each and every one of them. My only request is that they make the shifter cables and brake hoses longer. Ar 75yo, I'm a fan of swept back bars, and some extra length there would help in installing swept backs. Customer service is extraordinary, and the how to videos most helpful. I've been riding for 70 years, and have owned dozens of bikes. I've never had one that I liked better than my Priority's.

Good quality bike

Spot on and courteous

I encountered a clanking noise from the motor assembly and feedback on pedals. It was quickly diagnosed and the appropriate advice was provided to resolve the problem myself - motor mounting bolts required tightening.

Good value

Good value, easy shopping experience. Bought some nice TPU tubes. For what it's worth, the one with a schrader valve seems much thicker than the one with a presta valve (I have two different wheels)

Priority has invested a great deal of hard work making videos and posting them on-line to help us in the changing of tires, fixing flats and assembling their bikes. That is a cut above, and really adds value to their bikes. I must say... the priority of Priority is Customer Service and Support.

How is this not the best selling E-bike? It’s almost a secret.

I looked at all of the manufacturers and all of the bikes, trust me. The Dutch are so well known for their street bikes, but they really got nothing on Priority. I’ve had my Current Plus for a couple of months now and could not be more impressed. The geometry is perfect. The weight is manageable, the power from the motor ensures confidence, and the throttle responsive. The components used on this bike are top shelf from the front edge of the front tire to the rear edge of the back tire. I am so glad I took a chance. I say a chance because It’s kinda hard to find a lot of information about this bike on the Internet. I even asked AI about that and it was as flabbergasted as I am. If I had any gripe, the little tail light on the back end I feel like could’ve been done better, but it is some rear facing illumination.

I love this company and their low maintenance high proficient well built bikes. They stand behind their product 100%. They answer all questions and are very passionate about customer service and bike riding. I've purchased the Priority Ace 5 years ago and just purchased the Apollo 11. I love my bikes and the health and enjoyment they give to me. I couldn't be more happy with the experience Priority give to me as a customer. I am a customer for life. You will not be disappointed purchasing a bike of your choice from Priority.

Love My Brilliant L Train Ordered my bike online. The process was quick and easy. Assembled bike myself, I have average amount of bicycle experience, and found it Really Simple to put together. I did watch online video and was well informed to assemble bike myself. The company was very quick to correct a mishap on an ordered piece of additional equipment that had broken in transit. This was a huge plus for me on customer service. It felt like quickness to fix showed me they care on their product. As for the bike, WOW! Love the belt drive tech. Blown away for how quiet the ride is to operate. Changing gears is really quick. Makes for a quick smooth take off. To customize my bike (I got the XL), I added a riser neck to the handle bars to raise them for my height is over 6ft. And swapped out the kickstand for one that was just a touch taller. No big deal my bike feels perfect now. I would most definitely buy from Priority again. Every part from ordering, assembling, and follow-up with customer service was a positive for me. Yes I was bummed on an extra equipment piece arriving broken, when I hung up the phone with them, felt they handled appropriately. So yes I would give them 5 out of 5 rating. Yes buy a Priority Bicycle worth it. ;)

Derailers are an anachronism.

Belt drive should have been common in the industry before Priority made it mainstream. After all, if the Gates Belt can drive the camshaft on my car’s engine reliably, it’s well suited to the bike. With the modern in-hub planetary gear sets (not a new concept: Henry Ford’s Model T used it) the chain-derailer with its dirt and lack of reliability is an anachronism.

You care

You care. What more can I say. The bike is the best built bike I've own( I've own a lot of good bike over 73 years). Touch-up paint came with the new bike, Who does that? This will be my last bike. Thanks. Ps: I've been riding ever day loving it.
