Great bike!

Bike arrived in great condition, was well packed, video made it easy to assemble

Quick to assemble, rock solid, gorgeous!

Got my Hot Sauce assembled and tuned without the video they link in the box - I do have a bit of experience assembling bikes, but this was still particularly easy! The only nitpick I’d have is that the front brake was persistent about grinding, but I got that sorted by jamming a business card in the brake on the grinding side before doing the standard grip & tighten routine - first try! I will also note that the front fork shipped backwards, but that’s likely so it didn’t pierce the box. Make sure your rotors are on the same side of the bike ;P I’ve only got roughly 50 miles on it so far, but I’m really in love. The thing is SILENT, gears change instantly, indexing is easy for adjusting/maintaining cable tension on the hub… just no complaints! The majority of my riding has been on pavement so far, but I’ve done a few miles on mixed dirt/gravel and it’s even better than the pavement - but I only intended to do light off-roading, ymmv if you’re hardcore! I’m glad I got the security nuts and FoldyLock because a theft just might kill me, but - I’m a big dummy and didn’t realize the nuts are sold in pairs. This is fairly obvious if you read or think about it at all, so it’s on me, but be aware!! I put the lock nuts from here on the rear axle to protect the expensive bits, got a pair of Billet BMX’s Deez Nuts for the front axle, and replaced the pedals with 8 Degree Pedals for my aging knees. I’m rambling because, again, I’m in love! You won’t regret your bike!

It is my first belt driven bicycle with a CVT hub providing seamless gear shifting. I was a little skeptical at first since I was not able to take a test ride before ordering. I am extremely happy with the quality and performance of the Priority Touri bicycle. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful customer service!

I gave a four instead of a five star bc certain parts of the bike were uncomfortable for me. But the customer service made it right and helped and paid for me to replace these parts. Eric was upbeat and sincere in his desire to make my experience with Priority perfect. I would definitely buy from them again. The bike is beautiful in design and will last for many years without (as I’m in a beach community) rusting!

Great bikes this is my second purchase.

This is my second bike from you. The first is E-coast cruiser I have in Florida. Recently just bought the the E-Glide for Wisconsin. I bought the first because of the belt drive and aluminum frame for the salt air and no real maintenance. When I saw the E-Glide which is more like a regular bike with the assist and once again belt drive it was a no brainer. I really like the seat on the E-coast and thought i was purchasing that seat with the E-Glide but it was different. When I sent an email to see if I could get the seat from the E-Coast, no questions asked they shipped it to me that day at no charge. Great service, great product. Since I bought the E-Coast the bike rental in Fort Myers now has the Priority bikes. I am sure it is because of the belt drive in the salt air.

Shipping has been awesome. I had a brake problem within the first ride and I had to change the front brake system on the first day. Did not work, blocked the wheel and could not be loosened anymore. So I swapped to Shimano XT System. Rims not very good, there is a gap at the junction, do not know if they will survive the next trip. Pinion makes a weired nois when put in first gear - recording to mechanic they never heard anything alike. Will test it. Changed the grip both sides to support my wrists better. Other than that the bicycle is fine and nice to ride.

excellent bikes and customer service

First of all, customer service was great. I had some parts missing on the basket, which they sent out immediately. I also has a flat tire after putting the bile together and they paid me the cost of fixing the tire. We bought three Priority cost beach cruisers and they are wonderful. We really like the fact you can leave the bike out in the rain and not have to worry about rust.

The Priority Sauce is the most fun bike I have ridden…and I’ve ridden a lot of them. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It also looks super cool in the flashy green.

Priority was very helpful in guiding me…

Priority was very helpful in guiding me to the right bicycle for my specific desired use. I was going to buy one bike, but they actually recommended. I purchased another and I am beyond thrilled with it. The quality for the price is exceptional and I get compliments regularly on this bike. I appreciate the Costco program that saved me a ton of money. My only complaints would be that these Chinese bicycles are all final assembly at @ Home but the wheels are never trued correctly. This is very dangerous, especially with priority, knowing that the majority of these bikes will not see a professional bike assembler. I also wish they would come up with more exciting color ways as I had to go with a color I'm not thrilled with to get the model I wanted. I think priority could easily have a DIY graphics option for each model where you select from a handful of different color accents that get placed on the bike during assembly. Something like a high-quality vinyl that could be put on with water to allow correct positioning and accent the bike from just the normal boring colors.

A bike built to last

Took some getting use to.But the more I ride the more I appreciate the new technology...Still fairly new to the riding experience ,but the more I get accustomed to the feel of the bike....I gain an appreciation for the thought that goes into the making of the bike...Really like the battery power for shifting and it's ability to last for several months without a recharge... All in all ...I will be most impressed with the durability of the bike over a length of time. Especially the pinion gear system.....
