Love, love, love my E-Coast!

I absolutely love, love, love my E-Coast bike! I feel like a little kid again whenever I ride it. It is sturdy, secure, and stable, all while looking really cool. I live on Hilton Head Island, so this bike takes me from roads, to paved and gravel trails, and to the sandy beach effortlessly. And the folks at Priority really stand behind the products with excellent customer service to help walk you through any questions you might have. All in all, one of my favorite purchases ever!

Priority customer service & my Priority Coast

The Priority customer service is great (thanks Christian). My Priority Coast single-speed beach cruiser is great. The white frame looks awesome with black tires, a black Delta cruiser seat, and black ODI cushioned grips (plus the silver front basket goes well with silver handlebars, rims, and seatpost). I love the aluminum frame and components to fight rust and corrosion. And I absolutely love the Gates Belt instead of a greasy-dirty chain...I really love that about Priority.

We purchased Priority bikes for our 7 and 9 year old boys. They are both small for their age, and these just fit them at the lowest saddle height, so they will be able to ride them for years to come. We are very happy with the quality of the bikes. Assembly was straightforward. The shifting system is very smooth. We had tried 7 speed bikes with our boys prior to these Priority bikes, and found that that number of gears to shift through was just overwhelming and confusing for them. These three gears are much easier for them to understand, and they've had no need for more gears. They keep up with the neighborhood boys' higher geared bikes just fine!

Difficult assembly. Misshapen part.

Assembly was more difficult than anticipated. When I discovered that one of the parts was misshapen I was so upset. Online help didn't help. Direct communication was better. They tried, I guess.

Quality body, unusable tires

Our Priority Bike has a great body and gear change system. We have owned it for two to three years now. But the tubes for the tires make this the worst bike I’ve ever owned. The tubes pop constantly. The customer service is good in that they send replacement tubes for all the broken ones. We have tried various PSIs, including the recommended ones, and nothing works. Every few weeks and the tubes pop. Hence, the frame build quality is irrelevant. I have finally had enough and am putting this bike to the curb. Unless Priority improves their tube quality, I would strongly suggest going with another company. I hope they can figure this out as it was a great bike otherwise with responsive customer service.

Bike came and assembly took less than 30 minutes. I have been loving my belt drive as my first non-fixed gear commuter bike. Responsive and super fast, can’t wait to mod it and have been using it as my daily rider.

We love our Priority Bikes

We love our two Priority Bikes! We bought them for our home in Sanibel, FL. They are lightweight and easy to ride. The rust-free carbon drive is a deal-breaker for bicycle usage by the ocean. It's a modern retro attractive bike. We couldn't have been more pleased with our purchases.

Nice bike for trail riding

Nice bike for trail riding. Easy to assemble with the video instructions. The gears (2nd and 3rd) are not as smooth as they should be... and tweaking them per instructions hasn't helped much. The handlebar grips are a bit tough on my palms after a 20-30 min ride. Had to get gel-gloves to manage the rides.

Failed charger

The guys in customer service were great. My problem is why my battery charger would burn out a few months after the warranty expired. The charger wasn’t covered, but I was extended a 15% new charger discount. I also was out of pocket for a new belt and a failed front gear a few months ago. Otherwise a great bike.

I love my Glide ebike

I love my Glide ebike. Exactly what I wanted, just something to help me up the hills and fight strong headwinds while still providing good exercise. However, I was not pleased with the local bike shop that Priority sent my bike to for assembly. It would have been better to just have the bike delivered and then take it to my preferred local bike shop.

Start 20 - excellent for our kiddo with FASD

Our 7yo daughter with FASD struggled with a Walmart class bike, it was 8 speeds with the grip shifter. That bike weighed 29 pounds and the gears were hard to shift for her hands. She also had a tough time understanding what gear she was in and when it was appropriate to shift. She just had a hard time overall. I bought her the start 20 and she has really excelled on this bike! The three gears are easy enough for her to not be overwhelmed by and she can shift when stopped! The start 20 is also about 10 pounds lighter and she just has a much easier time getting it started and getting up hills with it. She did flip over her handlebars once and I wish they had a brake option like guardian bikes have…but we are learning now to not slam the front brakes. Customer service was excellent when I had a question on the weekend they emailed me back in like two minutes! Amazing!
