The facial products keep new wrinkles from forming and whenever I've tried changing products the results were negative. The masks work to reduce damage, I just don't put in the time needed.
I wanted something that specifically targets flabby arms and stomach cellulite after weight loss. I haven't used it enough to see how well it works but it was first on AI for this type of treatment. It was also reasonably priced.

Mask is wonderful. Have noticed my dark spots are fading after 4 weeks. Just received the pluming gel as a gift will review after multiple uses. Very good experience with project e so far .

I can't say enough good things about Project E Beauty, both for their products and also for their outstanding customer service. I had their hard material face mask a few years ago that was good but I stopped using it after a while. Last year I got their new and improved mask, the Lumalux Face+ (with neck attachment); it's a flexible, comfortable material and what's much better than their competitors is that they offer an array of colours to treat different skin conditions; the treatment is only 3 minutes and the mask is super user friendly. I also enjoy their Hydraulic Acid serum products. Although I give their products 5 STARS, what stands out in my mind is their excellent and above & beyond customer service. They respond to emails at lightning speed, I wasn't re-routed through never-ending AI mazes, and I actually got prompt results. My experiences with their customer service definitely excels most if not all interactions I've have with different types of companies in recent memory. I absolutely rate Project E Beauty #1 in both categories of leading face masks AND customer service; I thank them for making my interactions with them so easy and headache free, as well as for providing us with such great skin care options :)

Terrible service, ordered items to the total of almost £700, delivery should have been within 7 days, after purchase company went completely silent, no communication whatsoever, then 3 weeks on just had an email to say order cancelled! Now Left not sure on when I expect to receive my money back too as you get no response from emailing the company! My guess is they are most probably ordering items from over seas then shipping to you, so I question the quality and guarantee for your items.
