Ordered the product online and came the next day. Easy to set up charged it for 3 hrs and it was ready to use. Will monitor it's use in my scalp and leg and face.

I love my LED face and neck masks. They're quick and easy and comfortable to use. Unfortunately my charger started to malfunction. I received fantastic support and friendly customer service. After some helpful troubleshooting, the support team sent me a replacement charger without delay. A very positive experience all round.

I’ve been using the Project E Beauty LumaLux Face + Neck Mask for several months and honestly, the results on my skin have been really good. My skin looked more glowy, healthier, and overall more refreshed with consistent use. Recently, I experienced an issue with the control box where it stopped functioning properly during sessions. At first I was worried because beauty tech devices are a big investment, but I’m genuinely impressed with how the customer service team handled the situation. After I explained the issue, provided videos/photos, and went through troubleshooting steps, the team reviewed my case carefully and arranged a replacement control box under warranty quite quickly. I especially appreciate that the support team remained patient, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Skisonic Led Ultrasonic Wand, give a go!!
I am using Skisonic Led Ultrasonic Wand for only 3 weeks so far, and I'm quite excited with the improvement of the texture of my skin. It seems more hydrated. I'll keeping using it, as it is to early to notice improvement of the fine lines. Happy with the results.

Communication 10/10 i had a issue with my device not changing. This was immediately adressed and advice was given to me to rule out user issues. A replacement was sent no questions asked. Service was prompt and courteous. %100 recommend.
We love the products
We love the products, but what really stands out is the customer service. After a recent experience that resulted in a return and replacement, the continuous back and forth of emails between ourselves and the customer service team kept us informed and updated at all times. The team personnel that dealt with our issue were all polite, courteous, attentive, friendly, proactive and extremely professional, it made the whole process a pleasant experience.
